Hotel Colón Torre Confort — Hotel in Mariscal Sucre

This the OLD hotel portion of the Hilton Colon. Very difficult to find according to the address. Check in was ok ,but when I brought up breakfast was included, they said NO. Finally I found my paperwork that stated breakfast was included and showed them but the staff still needed to speak with the Manager. Finally I was told ok but we were only given a special breakfast unless we wanted to pay extra. I was told what would be included for our special breakfast, and that seemed fine. Well when we down for our first breakfast and gave them our room number, things changed. The manager was very rude and only gave us 50% of the items we were told were to be included. When he was asked about this his comment was "thats ALL thats include". Had to call daily to have the room cleaned. Rooms are very dated not...

Es un hotel muy lindo y con un personal...
