Having decided to dine here based upon the great reviews, the experience we received was far from what I've read. Service incredibly slow and unhelpful, more interested in serving "celebrities" than the run of the order service, food extremely overpriced, and taxes not disclosed on the menus despite service charge being displayed, so that's an unexpected additional sum at the end. Our whole table received their meals at different times, so by the time the 3rd person received their meal, half the table had already been finished for 10 minutes. Half the table weren't served cutlery nor even glasses for their drinks despite numerous requests to service staff. Had to return one pizza as a wrong order which delayed everything even more. Shockingly, we were even chased down the road like criminals after paying stating that we hadn't paid enough, only to return to the restaurant for the staff to state they made a mistake and we had actually paid correctly.

Really disappointed for such a hyped new restaurant location - expected a lot better unfortunately, so hope this improves and lives up to the good name soon. Won't be recommending in...

The ambience is very nice. Wanted to eat Pizzette Quattro Formaggio, unfortunately the waiter told me that there was only Quattro Formaggio with beef/bacon. Two or three service staff even came to my table at once. At the beginning I just wanted to know whether decaffeinated coffee was available. The two service staff were friendly, but didn't understand what decaffeinated meant. Then came the owner, who was also very nice. It would have been a pleasant evening if I hadn't been asked at least 10 times, most recently by two service staff twice in a row, whether I had finished my coffee, whether I was ready and whether the table could be cleared. That was not pleasant. Other guests who had been sitting there much longer and before me, were not disturbed so often. It gave you the feeling that they wanted to reserve table no. 1 from a certain time. There is no WLAN connection. You cannot pay in euros, but credit cards...
