Bin99 — Restaurant in Red Sea

We found this place for breakfast by accident and it was a very good choice. We chose two Bin 99 breakfasts because Continental was not available at the moment, and it was very great. Omelet with sausage and grilled mushrooms. For extra we take Salmon Bites from appetizers. It was very nice to taste like in Europe (not fried like almost every appetizer here😅). We took one toast, and we got it with french fries, but this toast for me was a little boring. I think they should change something with it to make it more interested. For dessert, I want to try rice pudding Bin 99 special, but it was not available, so we took Om Ali Special Bin 99, and it was perfect. I ate a lot of Om Ali in Egypt, and I think it was one of the best. Big plus for restaurant they have red bull diet so I can order nice drink with caffeine and red bull without sugar 😀 We left that place very happy. Now we want to come back there to try their double burgers...

Worsest experience of new year celebration for 9 years in Hurghada. Cheating about program and check. I have booked the table as program was anonced on their page. My point was the fire show, that only some places make usually. I asked about exactly this 3 times before reservation : messanger, whatsapp and when already came to the cafe to pay. It was not just confirmed, i got a nice story that there is a team that works with the cafe and it surely will be. We waited till 2 am believing replies that after 5 min, after 20 min etc etc. Only in 2 am I got honest answer that no show and "have a sit I wil explain you the reason" 😑 Order and check: we didn't get half of items from our order even water that ordered few times. But when I came to pay there was a long list of drinks we didn't order. It took few tries to cancel all not our. 😑 No apologies at all not for bad service not for canceling...

The place is nice, has a kids area and they hold birthdays on the top floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating yet my issue lies with the food, it took a long time ‘n it was mediocre at best. I was starving though so I just ate what was on my plate, I ordered the “Bin 99” chicken plate. It came drowning in a whole grain mustard sauce while on the menu it said it was prepared with Dijon, the chicken was thin, dry n chewy. The veggies on the side were quite bland, but I did enjoy the creamy spinach side. My husband ordered a pizza and he said it’s a 5 out of 10.
