Hello. I recently went to Egypt and stayed in your apartments for a week. As I entered the lobby, we were hit by a rush of kindness. They gave us some guava juice and gave away free sweets at the desk, which my younger brothers thought was amazing. Then, we were taken to our apartment on the 4th floor. The hallway was super shiny and when we got to our door, excitement was yanking my heart. But, as we got in, I thought it was much bigger and less tatty. The wifi was bad and paint was rebelling off the walls like the peel of a banana. The balcony view was nice but when you look down, its all broken and torn apart. But at least the Red Sea view was nice. Then, we visited the swimming pool. Quite disappointing. It wasn't heated and it wasn't clean. It was very cold making it unable to swim comfortably. But it looked nice, and the view was spectacular from the top. It had a swing and slide for young children. And, it had many sunbeds and a basket chair. It had a shower and bathrooms. And kind staff that will help to your needs as much as possible. The elevator was the right size for 7 of us. And we were able to get transport by your taxis. And when we left we were gifted puzzles before we went to the airport. And I forgot to mention when we were going to the apartment after we landed, a kind man waited 1 and a half hours for us waiting outside to give us a lift and even let us go to McDonalds. So overall, this is an okay place to stay while visiting Hurghada. PS:Make sure to give Abdulrahman, Saeed and Victor a pat on the back for being benovolent enough to give us rides. Read moreDear readers, we stayed there for 3 nights. Our overall stay was not pleasant. Pros: very close to main markets, bank ATM machines, restaurants. Small fit for purpose kitchen with basic utilities available. Good Internet
Cons: (1) apartment was only cleaned at the time we moved in. Then only garbage collection & towel change. (2) restaurant is on the other side of a very busy road. Food there was also below average. Choices were also very limited. It was buffet but if you happen to go for second round, restaurant staff will give you stares. Milk pot was unclean. Coffee area was also unclean. Milk was so dilute that it appears they didn't put some water in Milk but rather some milk in water. Getting food in the apartment may be a possibility (most likely at some extra costs) but we were so disappointed that we didn't ask. No one told us either btw (3) rooms are super loud from outside traffic (4) there is no such thing as blackout curtains in the apartment we stayed at Lilly's. The rooms are bright as soon as the Sunlight appears (5) when you check in, you get 3-4 complementary small water bottles. After that, you need to purchase water. Never happened with me, neither there is any mention of this during booking (6) pillows were very hard. I asked them to give soft pillows. They gave us only 2 (we needed four) and said they don't have any more. So we had to use sofa cushions which were relatively less hard as a workaround or sometimes no pillow at all.

We stayed there for 3 nights in Panaromic View Room, no one came apart from changing towels and garbage bag. Which was shocking and quite disappointing because this is a basic thing. We did asked the room service guy to clean the room but he bluntly said no. Also when we checked in we were 4 members but only 2 small water bottles were provided. why? It's fine. But water bottles should be given on daily basis if booking is for more than 1 night. Also you will not get any toiletries. Only One common body shower and one common hand wash is there.l, Which can be opened by anyone, making me doubting the quality. About rooms TV was not working, Rooms were decent. Bedsheets had lints. About swimming pool - they mention they have jacuzzi - But it was broken/not working when we asked the helper there. Also he said please check with reception. Why the hell I will go out of swimming pool to check this with reception. Shouldn't it be that guy responsibility? Also swimming pool was not cleaned. Please clean it. Also wifi - It's too slow, even WhatsApp message takes a minute to go. Pathetic experience. I would suggest taking other better options.
