Orange — Local services in Al Hadaba

I was in Hurghada in October 2020, and went to the downtown Orange Mobile store to purchase a phone/message/internet plan. The young lady that helped me 'pick out' a plan for my 10 day stay wrote down on a piece of paper the plan and the cost. When she printed the Contract, in Arabic ONLY, I reluctantly signed it being that I couldn't understand word one. My reluctance was justified, being that after I left I received several welcome messages from Orange M., in Arabic of course, that I had someone from the Hotel translate to myself and it was then that I realized that I had been lied to, a classical example of 'Bait & Switch'. What the salesperson (the young lady) promised and the plan for the internet data that I received bore no resemblance whatsoever. Don't get me wrong, I feel that if YOU agreed to pay -$€- for something, but overpaid, that's on you, however, this is a case of being offered and promised one plan and price, but having been delivered something completely different. Very bad service and non helpful employees specially an employee called asmaa She doesn’t want to help me even if I gave here all details required as I wanna reactive my old line. She told me that the line will be active in 2 days but I have waited one week. I tried to call orange customer service and they told me there are some missing documents which should be sent from Hurghada branch so I went my self and met the branch manager mr amr who apologize to me and confirmed that all required data is already sent and told me again that the line will be active in two days then I waited again but nothing happened . Finally I called orange customer service again who told me that nothing has been sent ! What shall I do to reactive my old line To who it may concern please...

Shoutout to the managers of this company. Came here as a tourist and wanted to get SIM card for mobile data plan.

Young lady told me about plans and I have picked 45gb for 20EUR. I gave passport and signed contract. Documents and passport were scanned and young lady also photographed them by phone (not sure why). Everything worked correctly and we tested internet. On a way out I have asked if I need to take some document copy of a contract but none was given.

Now I have found the way to check internet balance and saw that the actual package is GO 260 with 18GB+30min. And of course I don’t have documents to file complaint.
