We booked The Savoy as we were coming away with my 82 Yr old parents for a weeks rest away from the cold. As we knew the weather was perfect this time of year in Egypt as we have been a number of times in December. The hotel is beautiful and has lots of amenities so you don't really need to leave the hotel. Plus you have the added bonus of soho Square so their is lots of places to eat or have coffee etc. I can't praise the staff high enough. Ibrahim the pool boy from the top pool (rocky pool) was fantastic he couldn't do enough for us and was so friendly checking in regularly with my elderly parents. The waiters from the rocky pool bar were also fantastic nothing was to much trouble. Hisham and Hussain The waiters from The Rocky pool Bar and Rosmarino Italian restaurant gave us 5*plus care everyday. They are so friendly and attentive to even your smallest needs. The Al la Carte restaurants are amazing and the food was exquisite especially The seafood restaurant where the chowder and King prawns exceeded every expectation. The Italian restaurants food was so delicious. I00% recommended them and if you are all inclusive you can eat at each Al a Carte restaurant once for free during your stay. Myself and my husband had 3 different massages in the spa and were so impressed with the skills of Nesrine and Ahmed who took so much time and attention to devise what we needed to help with stress an my fibro myalgia and my husbands two joint issues. I can honestly say Nesrine has helped me more than any pain killer and I've been able to be so much more active this last week. If you want the most relaxing experience ask her for the hot oil massage and my husband said Ahmed gave him the best Thai massage he has ever had an that is high praise as we go to thailand at least once a year and have daily Thai massages.

On a less positive note the hotel is predominantly Russian guests with a small amount of Italian an English so the staff where not as fluent in English as other hotels but definitely enough to be understood. My only complaint was upon arrival we asked for a rooms close to reception and the main restaurant etc for my parents as at 82 we wanted to make sure they didn't have to much walking as the hotel is huge. An of course asked for a room next door or a few doors away so that we could regularly check in on them. The hotel gave my parents a great room very close to reception room 6103 as asked which was perfect but put us 30 rooms away from them room 6135 meaning we were to far away for my parents to walk if they needed us. And making regular checks on them in the evening much more difficult.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a lovely big balcony to sit out on and kept lovely an clean, lots of English movie an news channels on the TV the hotel if beautiful and the staff are helpful, friendly and very attentive. Even the security guards are lovely.

It cost 300 LE for a return journey by taxi to Sinai clinic for our rapid covid tests 2 days before our flight home and they cost 20 euros or 25 dollars each. We look forward to visiting The Savoy...

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh. It's really 5 stars service and they know well how to pamper their guests. We spent our honeymoon at Royal Savoy and they succeeded in creating a memorable experience. We felt welcomed and supported since the moment we arrived. Staff always smiling, welcoming and they serve from their hearts. I would like to thank Wael from front office for his care and checking our experience in daily basis. Everyday he go to the beach to check the experience of the guest. Special thanks to Michael the front desk manager for his care and his exceptional services during our stay.

At the beach please ask for Ahmed and Mahmoud from recreation & Mina and Romany from the beach bar these guys are extremely work hard to pamper you at the beach, they always check your needs. The most beautiful touch from them is when we came out from swimming they come quickly and ask if we need any drink. They provide ice box with 2 bottle of waters and complementary nuts and fruits in addition to free drinks. Mina always remember our 1st order and he brought it everyday without asking and that was so thoughtful from him.

They provide a very nice breakfast. When you enter the restaurant you will find Chef. Samir smiling and welcoming you. I would like to thank the F&B team at the breakfast specially Issac with his beautiful smile, Mr. Basem I see him everywhere breakfast, at the beach and in delivering IRD order, George, Emad with his warm welcoming, Romany and the two active ladies Aisalyn and Michelle.

Special thanks to Mahmoud from the Housekeeping for his exceptional service and care while our stay. Also Mohamed from 1st floor he always recognize us by a smile and greeting.

A very special thanks to Mr. George Raafat the hotel manager he is very active and checking the hotel and the guest experience.

You will never regret to stay at Royal Savoy. Highly recommend. Public areas are neatly clean with beautiful green areas.

We stayed at the Royal Savoy from June 11 to June 18 (7 nights), booked a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi on an S-Class Ultra All Inclusive plan. We’ve been loyal guests of the Savoy Group for over 12 years, but this experience was shockingly poor and frustrating from start to finish. Check-in experience was a disaster. We were left waiting for over 3 hours in the reception with no proper explanation or hospitality. That alone set a terrible tone. Room location was extremely far from reception. We were told it’s a “reward” for choosing the Jacuzzi suite, but in reality, it was a downgrade. The staff even suggested we should have gone for a standard room for better location. That’s absurd. The air conditioning was unacceptable. The room never dropped below 24°C, even at night. When we complained, the staff told us, “This is how it is – take it or leave it.” In the middle of June heat, this made sleep nearly impossible. The room was in bad shape. The bed was broken — we’ll attach photos. The jacuzzi was dirty, rusty, and moldy — photos also attached. The terrace window was filthy and greasy, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We requested a room change because being on the 3rd floor in the summer heat with no proper AC was unbearable. The request was flatly denied with no attempt to help. On top of all this, although we booked Ultra All Inclusive with S-Class privileges, we were charged extra money on the last day just because we ordered additional snacks — despite this being normal and included every other day. We chose Royal Savoy expecting an upgrade from the regular Savoy Hotel. Instead, we got worse service, a more uncomfortable room, and a complete lack of professionalism. Honestly, the entire vacation was ruined. The poor air conditioning alone was enough to make the stay miserable. For a hotel that markets itself as “royal,” this was a complete letdown.

Spent 4 nights here on my very first trip to Sharm and it was such an amazing experience. Everything was impeccable. From the moment we arrived at the airport we were offered a complimentary ride to the hotel where we were greeted with refreshing cold towels and drinks. Check in was fast and Mr George was kind enough to draw my attention to the availability of a cheaper rate for my room as an Egyptian and it saved us a lot! The whole place is bursting with luxury and the attention to detail is unmatched. Our suite was spacious with a jacuzzi and a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Soho square one of the best outings in Sharm you can request a club car to take you there or pick you up around the clock. Drinks and snacks were offered in the lobby all day free of charge if you needed a pick me up in between meal times or just to sit down and unwind. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. Staff were really friendly smiling all the time and made us feel really welcome. When they added "Royal" to the hotel's name they delivered and lived up to our expectations and more. Already planning another stay during spring break! Absolutely recommended.
