We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the issues that have clearly been around for years are still there. Our room had a window facing directly into the parking lot, so instead of a view, we had the pleasure of staring at a Lexus every day. If you open the window to get some air (since the room is unbearably hot), you wake up to the sound of car engines. Basically, you choose between suffocating or listening to the street noise.
The room itself was dark, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was tiny-though at least it was clean. That’s a plus, especially considering many other guests have mentioned cleanliness issues in their reviews.
The staff was friendly, and breakfast was actually quite decent. However, the name of the hotel includes the word “spa” and that’s just misleading. No separate towels are provided for visiting the spa area. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend the owner remove the word “spa” from the hotel name, because clearly there’s no understanding of how a proper spa hotel should operate.
The “spa” area was laughable: two saunas in a common zone and one more squeezed into a changing room. All of them were tiny, looked very old, and didn’t feel clean at all.
To sum up: after two nights, I strongly advise staying away from this hotel and saving your money. Honestly, a tent would offer a more pleasant experience.
To be fair, there were a few positives: Good breakfast (if you don’t mind standing in line for a single coffee machine, because apparently one is enough for everyone). Staff was friendly, though not really helpful. There was water available—both hot and cold.
But overall, the experience was disappointing, especially for a place that markets itself as...

We chose this place for a romantic getaway, but unfortunately it was not that romantic. First of all, the curtains in the room were dirty and the preordered sparkling wine came with two different glasses. The second disappointment was the dinner: the entré was made probably with frozen duck breast since it was extremely dry. The fish in the menu tasted also like it was defrosted for our order. The waitress (named Jane or something similar), however, was professional and kind when we addressed our concerns. If you want to have a nice dinner with great food, we suggest visiting restaurant Retro which served so much better duck and fish. The third disappointment was the bed: we came for a romantic weekend but the bed had two beds pushed together with two SEPARATE blankets. The receptionist said that all their rooms have separate blankets because people prefer it that way. It is very hard for us to believe that people on a romantic getaway really want to be under separate sheets but it is more the management's ignorance. As for the spa, it was small but quite cozy. However, the steam sauna's design was not optimal: your eyebrows get burnt but your feet are freezing. Also, the jacuzzi had unusually cold water both in the spa area and on the private terrace. On top of that, our room was right below the terrace and every time someone put on the jacuzzi we could hear the pump very loud. We also took a dual massage which felt okay, but the setting could be improved. The room had too much light and was just above the spa area so it we could hear the kids screaming downstairs. Overall, we expected more from our trip and would not really recommend this place...
Read moreBook this hotel — you won’t regret it! We stayed here for four nights, and it was truly an amazing experience. It’s the full package — a real home away from home. The staff are incredible: helpful, polite, and they deliver unmatched customer service.
The restaurant is equally outstanding. The food and service are exceptional. The restaurant staff are among the best I have ever encountered, and the food is incredible. I highly recommend the chicken burger — you won’t be disappointed — or the steak and vegetables with a delicious sauce.
The spa facilities are so convenient, just a short walk from your room. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, and a lovely bar area to match. The outdoor pool is heated and perfect for soaking up the sunshine.
Overall, this hotel deserves a true 10/10. I genuinely can’t think of anything negative to say about the hotel, spa, or restaurant. It’s a truly lovely place, and we will certainly be returning in the future.
It’s also just a short walk (approximately 100 meters) into town, where you’ll find everything you need — including a great coffee shop just steps from the hotel front door.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff — the hotel is lucky to have you! You all made our stay so welcoming and...
