Bathroom - old and outdated, not comfortable to use, shower is super small and water goes everywhere. Sink is super low, almost child-sized. Hairdryer is outside the room, which is really uncomfortable. Very few towels provided, SPA zone doesnt provide any towels, so after shower You need to dry yourself with a towel that has chlorine. No slippers provided. Room - renovated, but quite poorly. No sockets near bed, go and charge Your phone all across the room. No kettle, fridge or iron. Dirty glasses with dried-up drink. Breakfast - really small selection Other - before arrival filled the form, which asked if there was a special occasion - which I gave details to, upon arrival - no surprise, no extras. Then these things shouldnt have been asked not to set up expectations. Really unclear situation regarding payment - at this point Im just waiting for money to randomly dissapair from my account.

Only redeeming point - the SPA. It was nice, aestethically pleasing, had bar with drinks and snacks. Location was good, had plenty of parking.

Would I reccomend it to my friends - I would offer them to look into other...

Hotel staff was slow (took 15-20 minutes before she got to us, even though the line wasn't long) and started talking to the person behind us even though we were in a que much longer Light bulb didn't work and was not checked prior to our artival, later just fell of the table with the metal part staying intact on the lamp We were given one door pass for two people Hotel asked unnecessary private info even though the same info was already filled out on the webpage Vastuvõtt oli üliaeglane, lisaks hakkas teenindaja teenindama teist 8bimest, kes oli järjekorras kaugemal Has no safe for securing private things Room has 2 sockets which are not even near bed Sauna in a spa was not working WiFi is not secure and a passcode for that is not required, thus may be exposed to threats The bathrobes are extra 5 euros (not worth it) and they didn't even have them at that time The check-in is late, at 16 o'clock The hotel closes at 23 so you don't have an access to the registration Spa closes at 21, which is really early compared to similar places elsewhere on the island and overall in...

The rooms in this hotel are filthy beyond believe!! When we entered the room there was a musty smell. There were cobwebs full of mosquitos behind the curtains. There was dust on the furniture.||The bathroom… was disgusting (look at the photos!!). It had a plastic dirty shower cabin (the cheap ones you find in a do it yourself store) and all the plastic was moldy. The shower curtain was so filthy I couldn’t believe what I saw. I went to the reception desk to complain. She gave me another room which was equally filthy. There were grease stains all over the windows and there even was long hair on the pillow. What?!? I am not difficult but for €250 I demand a clean room. This is supposed to be a SPA hotel!!||At this point I had enough and I demanded a full refund. The reception employee Monika was first very hesitant and defensive, but in the end she gave in and called the manager to ask permission to give us the refund.||We found a much better, clean and cosy spa hotel in Kuressaare for basically the same price....

I stayed at Meri Hotel during a day trip to the beautiful island of Saaremaa, Estonia. I needed to check in about two hours earlier than usual due to an urgent meeting, and the kind receptionist arranged it immediately, I was in my room within 15 minutes!! The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Although I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the sauna, pool, or other facilities because of my busy schedule, I really appreciated having a drink in their garden overlooking the Tori Abajas. The open-buffet breakfast the next morning was also a highlight. The staff were consistently helpful throughout my stay. I can definitely recommend Meri Hotel to anyone visiting the island.

This was such a great stay. Incredible value for money. Great view from our room. Very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast. Great parking. Very good location, very close to the center. Pool and sauna open from 9am. Very soft bathrobes. The bathroom was a bit run down. No fridge and no table in the room, just one chair. No sheets in sauna and very small towels (good maybe for hair wrapping, not for sauna). Our room was above the smoking corner so we had to close the window sometimes. We were a bit annoyed by these things but would still stay here again.
