John Bull Pub — Restaurant in Saaremaa vald

Me and my partner wished to treat our two friends while visiting Saaremaa, our friend strongly recommended this place, especially for the portions, we obliged. REVIEW: LONG story short: The service was really bad, almost non existent. The waiter in charge was rude and less than happy to be there, which he didn’t fail mention to us. The food itself was fine, I had the smoked cheese soup and my partner had the pork with bacon wich were quite fine but the fish and chips were disappoiting + the portion was small. The “fish and chips” was made with trout which was a first for everyone involved. I wouldn’t go there again. Choose another place to spend your money, because they really dont appreciate it.

I waited 5 minutes for a menu, not a problem. I got the menu made a choice, she came to our patio 3 times, serving people that had come after me. I called from my seat and asked if someone could take my order? She came down again, served some drinks and went back to the bar. I finally just left after 20 minutes.
