Inn Tourist Hostel — Hotel in Helsinki sub-region

I looked this MINI -HOTEL up online. OK-REAL DEAL HOSTEL PERIOD. Room was burning hot and was given small fan. Creepy and very very unsafe area. Building was hard to get into. Elevators and codes not marked out very well. People in area laughing at property and saying it's a very unsafe area. Laundry was small machine with 1 foot and 1 foot off ground rack for drying. This is camping in a small burning hot room. Owner barely spoke any ENGLISH and walked away from me.Very Rude behavior and NO-HELP.I feel this was something that happens there frequently. I ended up canceling my stay - LEAVING KEY IN CAN.A young man appeared after I was HOLLERING FOR HELP - Mysteriously a young man comes out. CREEPYINESS. Was there any other guests that I saw ZERO !! Area again is not tourist zone and dangerous. I have been told by messages I would receive my refund of 1 night ??? I said to refund my C.C back to Booking.com ?? Ok he wants my Banking information THATS A NO ON SITE FOR SECURITY AND SAFETY. SCAMMED ROBBED. Super unacceptable place not suitable for a woman to stay at. in good faith this is not a MINI HOTEL THATS NEW !!! CREEPY RUMAGE SALE BEDDING AND PICTURES DON'T LOOK LIKE ROOMS ZERO. I ran for my safety and being lied...

I booked this room because they said they had sound isolated rooms, well that was a bit true since the terrible noise from the highway just below the place was 50% less with the windows closed but still terrible. But indoors there was no sound isolation at all, if somebody passed by the room you good clearly here every step and every sound they made. But to makes things even worse they had an air ventilation system that increased the sounds coming from other rooms by a factor off 2 of 3 at least. I was in room 9 and heard a loud conversation and first I thought it came from one off the rooms nearby so I went out to see from where it came. After some walking around I discoverd it came from room 13 on the opposed side off the hallway and 5 meters further from my room. But the weirdest thing was that the sound I heard was much louder in my room true the ventilation system then when I was standing right in front off the door off room 13. To top things off I got up with red itchy spots on my back so the bed was probably invested with bugs, maybe bedwants. My advice never ever book this place and I will file a complain with booking...

They advertise that you can store luggage, but in reality, none of their staff are there before noon. Am I supposed to delay the start of my trip until after noon just to accommodate their policy? This is the first time I've encountered staff who need information repeated several times to communicate. And when I didn't respond immediately after hearing him say luggage could only be stored after noon, he kept asking 'Hello?' Listen, sir, my patience isn't unlimited. If I had known that I couldn't actually store luggage before noon, I wouldn't have booked this place at all. It's a scam, and still haven't received a full refund. And I had already canceled the room before they notified me that they would make an exception and let me check in...
