KIM Cafe — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Honestly, the food's not much excellent among many VNese restaurants in Helsinki. However, in comparison with the price range, the quality, the taste, the service, the friendliness of the owner, I think 5* is the suitable point and as an encouraging hand for this small lovely shop. You should try Bun rieu Cua with the crab meat truly in the bowl, not being overcrowded with minced- pork meat and red-oil color. Bun bo hue is also okie with about 13e, compared to 15.9e/16.9e in the other VN shops. Ob course, 16.9e bowl will be served with a lot of beef, blood cube, vegetable... weekend also offers with some free small deserts as the cutie small yellow mung...

The owner who took my meal was quite annoyed that I didnt speak Finnish (sorry i am still working on it). Most importantly the pho I ordered wasnt that good quality. My friend who tried a bite said it seems that the food has gone bad. The bean sprouts had dark corners which indicate not clean. I left 90% of food. The soup was good though. The matcha tea I ordered didnt come with the tapioca pearls like it showed in the picture. It was a disappointing experience and I dont plan to come back. One of a few Vietnamese restaurants that still cater to Vietnamese taste. Their menu has a wide range of options with focus on the Northern cuisine. Folks who are used to the Central or Southern cuisine maybe not familiar with the use of shiso leaves in Bun Oc or mint and unfiltered shrimp paste in Bun Bo Hue, for example.
