We went here with my wife for an espresso and a bun. They didn't have any clean espresso cup, so I saw the worker washing them in the sink with a dish brush. If I remember correctly, the sanitary regulations says that all the cups, plates and glasses must be washed in a dishwasher at a 100 degrees temperature, to kill all the bacterias (a detail that should be taken seriously even more now than ever, during this covid times), and not with a filthy dish brush in the sink. The espresso was horribly bitter, the buns were dry and tasteless. We took (tap) water from the jug, which is placed next to the cash desk (free for the customers to take). The water was warm, as if the jug had been filled with hot water and not cold, and the glasses were stinking like fish (I'm not kidding). All the tables were very filthy, full off dirty dishes etc. We asked an employee to clean a table for us - no answer. Another employee messed up our order and had to make two different receipts. Afterwards, he had to come up to us twice to ask if we took the receipts intended for him.
