I came here with a group, originally sharing a small room with my mom, for one night. Last minute, because it was my birthday, I decided to ask if there was a room available so we could each have our own space that night. I generally like my solitude and while I had the best time with the group I was with it was a lot for me socially. I get overstimulated easy. Anyhow, the kind man working the front desk was able to give me a room with a lovely view, and he wished me a happy birthday. It really made my birthday and it was really appreciated. The room I had was a bit more spacious than the one I shared with my mom and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit confusing as we might have gotten the time it started wrong, but it was a bit chaotic. The staff was apologetic and really nice and we were still able to eat before having to continue on with our trip. It was my favorite hotel out of all of the places we stayed during a roadtrip...
Read moreThis was my second time staying here, and overall, it met expectations. My room was smaller than I remembered, and instead of a river view like last time, I had a roof view—but that didn’t really matter. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus.||The door didn’t always close properly—you have to make sure it’s fully shut. The breakfast was okay, though nothing memorable, and they often ran out of croissants.||One downside this time was the staff. They didn’t seem very friendly—almost like they couldn’t be bothered—which was a bit disappointing.||What I do love about this hotel is the location. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to the grotto, which makes it incredibly convenient, especially if you’re visiting for pilgrimage.||Despite a few drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and unbeatable proximity to...
Read moreThe hotel is well-located and a great place to stay in Lourdes. The front office team was nice and explained everything well as it was my first visit to the city. However, I had an unpleasant experience on 19/05 around 22:15. After attending the candlelight procession, we returned to the hotel to enjoy our welcome drink. Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception, and I had to ring the bell. A few minutes later, someone arrived, and when I politely inquired about the availability of the welcome drink and whether the bar was still open, I received a rude response. The staff member brusquely asked what we wanted without addressing my question and made us feel rushed. I fully understand he might not have had much time to serve us, but he could have simply explained that the bar was closed instead of treating...
