For the good part :Nice and cozy setting. Waiter that took care of us was very nice. Good desserts. Now for the bad part: we waited more than 20 minutes for our order to be taken, then the cheese fondue arrived only 5 minutes later: bad sign as it means the fondue was prepared in advance which is a risk... (better to wait 5 minutes to take the order and 20 minutes for the fondue to be made) And indeed it was a risk... The fondue was way too thick and the taste was not so good... A disappointment (I am a local and eat fondue since I am a kid, so I know the difference between a good and a bad one). Moreover there we clearly not enough of it: 1st time I do not need to ask for more bread coz we finished it so fast. Since it was not a good fondue the issue of quantity became a blessing in disguise though 😀... 2 other people in our group took a Tartiflette and a Tartichevre: bad choice!! The Tartiflette was the worse I had tasted in years (a burnt taste rendered the whole dish bitter and they must have added another cheese (or a sauce with flour?) than the roblechon: the texture had the kind of elasticity you find in some flour base sauces. For the Tartichevre: the goat cheese was not fully melted... Add to that the very strong smell of cheese that spreads all over the restaurant and penetrate your clothing. As a conclusion: if you are found of fondue and Tartiflette go somewhere...

The person was very very rude, for just changing the reservation, he close the phone 📞 in my face as client going to them for the past 5 years, where is the respect and the loyalty for the clients, it’s a big disappointment after many years of a client loyalty and telling the people about this place, shame on them, never ever anymore. It’s all about loyalty and servicing the clients. I hope who answer the phone one day will understand what...

Food was of excellent quality. But the portion where so tiny, we had to stand over the ranle to be able to see the fondu in the pot. We were six of us. Order food for 8.

The service was not great neither. We had to wait constantly to be able to place an order, we were always missing things on the table like potatoes, drinks, etc...
