Don't stay here unless you want to get scammed and cheated. I made a booking in May for a wedding in September and got the price of 102 euros per night. They only take bookings via email so I had to contact them directly to make it. In Aug I decided I wanted to add an additional night. I contacted to ask if they had the room available the following night and what was the price. The manager said yes and the price was the same. So I said I would book one more night. Instead of the manager just making a separate booking for the additional night, he cancelled my entire booking without my permission and booked me at a new price of 129 euros per night for every night of my stay. I asked if the inflated price was a mistake and he said it wasn't. He said the 102 euros was the price from the old manager and I could either accept the 129 euros per night or cancel the reservation. He said worse things than this, but this is the summary. This was so unethical and shady it was beyond belief. He had no right to cancel my original booking. I didn't ask him to amend my original booking, I just asked about the room being available. The manager is a horrible human being and it gets worse. I decided to keep the booking while I looked for somewhere else. I found a friend to room with at a different hotel and I never cancelled my booking here because they didn't require a credit card to make the booking and this manager was so horrible that he deserved a no-show. After I no-showed (with no obligation to pay for anything), I got a threatening email in English from the manager saying:

"Seems you dont come We will bri,g you the bill in the Castle at the wedding no worries WE DONT PLAY WITH THAT"

I didn't see this email until the day after the wedding, and if he did try to come to the wedding, he certainly wasn't allowed to enter, as he wasn't on the guest list 🤣🤣 he threatened me like he was a gangster, but he was trying to flex power he just doesn't have.

On top of my issues, the hotel flooded really badly one of the nights I was there. A few wedding guests were staying there and informed us about it. And a friend told me that the manager charged him an extra 20 euros per night above the agreed upon price and he has no choice but to pay it.

If you want to get scammed by a horrible excuse for a human being, go ahead and stay here. If you want a pleasant stay, stay...

Very disappointed, zero costumer service, the staff Mina is extremely rude, bad manner, so much attitude. She made mistake on the booking dates, she refuses to admit her mistake and put the blame on the clients. I made a booking via phone call from June 23 - 27. Right after the phone call, I received the confirmation by email. I did not cross check the dates upon receipt the email, because I trust the hotel staff!||It states May 23 - 27 instead. Suddenly today I received a missed call from Mina, it's how I found out the mistake made by her.||They charged me for 4 nights 488 euros on which I did not stay a single night at this damn hotel. I did not receive any call from the hotel why I did not show up! Mina said she is not paying to make the phone call...Every hotels in the world; if you don't show up, they only charge one night, not the full length of your stays of 4 days!||The last 30 years, I spent 4 - 5 months per year of my life staying at the hotels in the world for work. The hotel was advertised with parking ||This was incorrect as the public car park was a fair walk away and was full.||||The room was advertised with tea and coffee making facilities.||There was a kettle and two very small paper cups but no coffee or tea.
