From check-in till checkout everything went amazing service wise. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had room cleaning twice a day sometimes which was very sweet! The rooms were a bit old and had some dusting around which was not a big problem since they cleaned often but it had a certain smell to it. Otherwise, it’s a good deal for the price you get. If you rent a car, you can get around comfortably but taxis are a big problem in cannes so getting to center from the hotel was difficult for sure. Breakfasts are good , pretty much like at any bed&breakfast - some eggs, sausages, drinks and big selection of breads. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyways, since the beaches are in the center but as a way to save money on a trip and still have good service and great hotel - Luxotel would be a great choice.

Decent (small) rooms but a long walk to restaurants in Cannes. Also a long walk to the beach along a poorly managed path and up and over railroad tracks bridge. Normally I only praise great places and avoid negative reviews. But they refused twice with 2 different excuses to honor their off season promo discount of 10% discount. See attached screenshots. Very bad business behavior. I would rate hotel at 3 stars, not 4. Pool paint peeled off, wobbly railings, sketchy path to beach and a locked gate to exit. Parking is $20 per night and breakfast is extra. Find a place further east and closer to Cannes.

Nice hotel a would like to visit again. The view from the room was picturesque with the sea behind the a lot of trees. Parking place is available in garage, but also a couple of places in front of reception are free of charge. Also a lot of parking places around the hotel. Breakfast was good, especially delicious crepes with salmon. Neat and helpful staff. Only one thing that swimming pool wasn’t working during our stay. But it is easy to visit beach nearby.

I never write reviews however I feel as though this hotel deserves one. We usually stay at my Step-dads place in Valluris, however as that was being rented out, we decided to stay here as the reviews were positive and the price was exceptional! ||The bottom floor of the hotel has been recently renovated and looks beautiful (if the whole hotel looked like this, it would be a 5 star for sure!) Staff are always present and attentive with a 24 hour reception. ||Amdy behind the bar delivered exceptional service, making personalised cocktails when England won the semi final of the euros! He always went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing less than the best by making great conversation, recommending and personalising our food requests and overall just being there whenever we needed him. Speaking of the food I cannot believe how many people have not mentioned it in their reviews. It was AMAZING! When we spoke to Amdy, he informed us that absolutely everything is made from scratch using fresh produce (this was even down the the burger buns that were made fresh daily!) We didn’t include breakfast in our stay but after seeing it - we purchased it daily! It was fresh, tasty and there was lots of variety. There was also a gorgeous little hut around the pool whereby staff would deliver drinks and food directly to your sunbed! ||The only thing that lets this hotel down slightly is that it wasn’t quite as clean as I would of hoped! Maids clean daily and do a great job however I feel that it is lacking a thorough, in depth clean. There was quite a bit of dust and also some discolouration around the panel in the shower. The rooms are very spacious, the air con is great and the beds are comfy it just needs a bit of a revamp in my opinion. ||Overall, great stay and we’d...

We chose this hotel due to its location and parking on site. The access to the property was quite easy, with no traffic in the area. The location is also quite good as it is across from the beach, 20 minute walk to old port and within a quiet residential area.|Staff was really nice and informative. Breakfast was outstanding and very fresh. |There were many items to chose from.|We did not get to use to pool due to the weather, but it looked quite clean and there were plenty of loungers around. |We appreciated free water, pop and sweets provided. |On the down side the room was quite small. We had a deluxe room and could barely move around with two large and two small suitcases that we could not fully unpack given that we stayed only 3 nights.|The mini fridge was size of a small cooler. The balcony was way too big for the size of the room. It would have been nicer if the room was at least 2 feet wider and the balcony smaller.|We found the mattress to be quite soft and not very comfortable. |The entrance to the garage was very narrow and parking spots were very small. Luckily we had a smaller car, but still had to manoeuvre a lot to park. There is some free street parking nearby, but we felt more comfortable parking in the garage.|Overall our stay was good for...
