If you want to be treated with disrespect- go to Waiki beach, Cannes. Today 7th Sept - Waitress, bar man lovely -ordered a petit déjeuner (PDJ) as I had a cappucino- the man who was the cashier put 24.90 euros (for the formulae- coffee, orange juice, pain au chocolaté, and tartine) + 4.50 for a cappuccino (as I didn’t have a black coffee, it wasn’t included in PDJ). Of course not the right price! So just for me 30.10 euros for a breakfast formula. So I spoke French to the cashier and said PDJ 30.10 euros and across the road is 7.40 Euros. He said yes. Really! I persisted, and said Tell me again in your words that a PDJ is 24.90 euros is the normal price? When he recognised that I knew the truth and questioned him 3 times and waited, he reluctantly reduced the bill and even then not to the correct price. He said I made a mistake! My guest said that the cashier heard us speaking English so thought I didn’t know any better so thought he could get away with it! Check your bill, it won’t match the price you expect to pay! I would avoid this place unless you want to be treated like a purse....

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
My recent dining experience left me thoroughly disappointed. The rudeness of the staff, coupled with their overpriced menu, left a sour taste in my mouth.
To begin with, the menu prices were exorbitant. I was shocked to see the prices of even basic items. However, what made matters worse was the discrepancy in the billing. I ordered two coffees, which were listed on the menu at €4 each. To my surprise, the bill charged me €12 for both coffees (Nescafé instant coffee from the taste) When I politely inquired about this discrepancy and asked for a receipt, the staff refused to provide one, leaving me feeling cheated and frustrated.
Furthermore, the behavior of the staff was incredibly unprofessional. Not only did they refuse to address the billing issue, but their overall attitude was dismissive and impolite.

Service could have been more attentive after taking orders. Prices are reasonable if compared to the general level in the area, which still feels like an overly eager inflation adjustment. This place definitely wins on the ambiance, however, as we found the overall make-up of the restaurant to make it a very nice place to relax, and the place itself and the surroundings are not nearly as ridiculously overrun as the places on the Croisette. So this is a nice option to get away from the bustle a little bit. (This is based on a late April visit and may change with the...
