Hôtel Quick Palace Lyon — Hotel in Lyon

We picked the hotel based on price and proximity to Lyon airport.||This is an economy hotel, so don’t expect the Ritz. The location is not ideal, being on a retail park, but it is quiet at night.||The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively small, having only two stories.||The rooms are reasonable in size, clean and comfortable, if not a little dated in their decor.||The bathroom and room were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom left a little to be desired, and the shower could have been improved, but the water was a comfortable temperature, even if the water pressure was lacking. ||The sink in the room was not brilliant, but this is an economy hotel.||We did not partake of breakfast, but what we saw did not suggest it was good value for money.||The WiFi was reasonable, but not perfect.||The TV worked, but did not have a great range of channels.||Overall, reasonable value for money, clean,...

Bon a ce prix là faut bien sûr pas s attendre aux prestations du Meurice ou du Georges V .. Donc pour être objectif c est globalement correct , le problème est que si vous ne faites pas attention et que vous quittez votre chambre avec les clés à l intérieur vous dormez à la belle étoile, ou dans votre voiture.. C est la mésaventure vécue semaine dernière pour une étape Lyon - Carnac , nous sommes 2 adultes et 2 ados et réservons 2 chambres à côté.. les filles claquent leur porte à 21h30 avec les clés dans la chambre et impossible de joindre quelqu un pour venir ouvrir .. On s est retrouvé à dormir à 4 ds une chambre avec une chaleur de dingue (la clim c à partir de 2 * je crois ..) Faudrait préciser au check un ou dans la chambre de faire attention , et quant au soit disant n. d urgence je suis toujours à sa recherche.. Le personnel est très sympa et le p’tit dej correct pour ce prix, l environnement direct de l hôtel fait pas rêver mais pratique pour dîner le soir rapide sans prendre la voiture.. Donc bien pour une étape mais service de nuit...
