I stayed at Rose Bourbon (came across because of positive reviews) for six nights while I was attending an expo in Paris. Due to increased demand because of apparently simultaneous expo’s happening at the same time, I paid a ridiculous amount of money (€400 per night) for such a tiny room (9.5 m2) which didn’t even fit my luggage properly. Like that was not enough, the hairdryer in my room was broken and even if I asked for it to be replaced several times it they gave a new one at the end of my 3rd night. And one day, I found a wet towel still sitting on my bed when I returned from the expo, which made me question the hygiene of the hotel entirely. They don’t even bother replacing little shampoo+shower gel bottles. Plus the sound isolation is the worst. Since the rooms are really tiny and close to each other you hear everything including toilet flush and constant door slamming, definitely a nightmare for light sleepers. When I addressed my concerns to the manager, she gifted a €5 bottle of wine apologizing about the situation, but that definitely doesn’t make up for the fact that I had an awful experience with this hotel for the ridiculous amount of money I paid. The only good thing about the hotel is the location, other than that I would suggest you to avoid at all costs.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The front desk / reception staff are wonderful... Very kind & welcoming! The cleaning staff & kitchen staff are wonderful too. We found the breakfast to be plentiful & very good. Take the breakfast option if you have time for it. The location is quiet & away from the crowds of Paris but the major landmarks are a short distance away. Bonus! Also, there are restaurants and supermarkets that are walkable from this hotel. Subway & bus stops are also in easy reach if taking public transit. We took ubers & we found it extremely easy to get an uber from the hotel & back. The rooms are extremely quiet , clean and they look lovely. Well done! A/C works perfectly. We slept very well after our long flight. What's better than all of the above!

I visit Paris several times per year and I’ve been in tons of hotels around here, but this time trying Rose Bourbon was the best! The staff were honestly amazing and very friendly, the room was chic and very clean. Daily cleaning was very professional, plus it is a safe place, I didn’t even use the safe provided in the room. The check in and check out process were very fast. Thank you for the amazing stay and will definitely stay here again and again.

We had three separate reservations under three separate parties for August 2024. All parties received an e-mail today that our reservations were cancelled due to non-validity of credit card (we all used different credit cards that are valid). I’m certain they don’t want to honor the rates we received (which were already 3x their normal rate) as they would prefer to price gouge customers for the Olympics. I would be VERY weary of booking here as they can and will cancel your reservation at any time due to a fake excuse, over e-mail. Hopefully this doesn’t occur to travelers already in transit who end up stranded without accommodations (like during the Olympics). I would not trust this business.

Called to ask what happened and the person who answered (August 14th) said he didn’t know why it was cancelled, to try to rebook. I told him I can’t because it says it’s sold out, and he said he couldn’t help me, to try calling back in September?

Will update if reparations are made from Hotel Rose Bourbon, but I have not...

Do not stay at this hotel! My mom and I visited Paris for four nights and had one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. The manager David is all over the place, not organized or professional. The room is incredibly small and you can’t fit 2 suitcases and walk around the room. My mom and I had to close our suitcases nightly in order to get around the room. Also, the safe was broken when we arrived and after calling several times they finally said they would send a tech to fix it. We went out and about our day and returned with our hotel door left opened. I complained and was not even given an apology. The same, we went to take a shower and the drain was clogged with hair and the bathroom overfilled with water. I spoke with the manager again the following day and no apology or help what so ever. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and disorganized. By day four we called for towels and they said they had no clean towels. Basically worst experience ever. Stay far away. There are much better...
