I went to the security (surveillance) camera section and the shop assistant right there was sitting and chatting up with his friend all the time and didn't care to help me, he was trying to just say "laisse moi tranquille" by ignoring me or answering lazily making faces. The shop assistant was sitting on a chair in his uniform and his friend was sitting next to him in a black sweatshirt and jogger pants. He was definitely not a customer but his friend.
Only two people helped me at the store, one was the security guard and another one at the SAV counter. People who actually do their job seriously and not invite friends while work hours to avoid customers.
I don't understand this unprofessional behaviour of employees at these stores. It could be easily verified if there were CCTV cameras installed in the store. I'm won't be surprised if Boulanger stores goes into loss and shuts down. This behaviour is unacceptable. I went to this employee like 2 or 3 times and he just didn't want to help. Is there a way to complain to higher authorities? Can I get an email? I don't understand what kind of training do these people undergo. Shameful!!

Read moreThe employee Pierre in this store was very disappointing in his work, because if he promises you something, it does not mean that he will do it. I needed to order a multicooker urgently, he assured me that if I paid for the order today, I could get it tomorrow. And so I come the next day in anticipation that I will pick up now this multicooker - and I am told that it is just not even ordered yet. I find this Pierre and try to find out how that could happen. To which he simply said he'd forgotten, it happens. It's terrible that a person with some responsibility at work can so easily screw over a customer and have no regrets. Read moreMixed bag here. On one hand it's surprisingly big with plenty of staff to help you find what you're looking for and on the other the selection of products isn't always the best. I've been here twice, once for a cheese slicer, the kind with a handle and a wire, they didn't have one. Second I came for a USB-C cable to charge my phone with and they had one but I feel I overpaid by 2x.
