Definately not ski-in ski-out, you have to walk at least 200 meters to catch a slope. Access to the apartments is down right dangerous, downhill on slippery surfaces. Only a small part of the distance is covered by stairs. Ski room is heated, so with just a tiny amount of snow left on skis and boots, you get a flood of water in the room. The apartment itself is pretty standard, functional. We had extremely loud neighbours, and even though the walls are fairly well isolated, we were kept awake at least...

Really bad customer experience. We were charged 110€ for cleaning out of our deposit, which was supposed to be included. So after talking to to the reception we asked what we were charged for as we left the place clean. Apparently for cleaning the oven because we were stacking up the remaining fire wood in the oven for the next guests as a nice deed.

Something they only have to clean to charge the next guest extra for firewood and rip us off.

Additionally our sink was leaking, which took a day...

The apartments were definitely not cleaned for at least a month. As we entered one of their houses there was lots of spider webs everywhere. WiFi is only available in the lobby. The apartments are at least 200m away from slopes. The paths to the houses are extremely dangerous and slippery. If you have a kid I don't recommend letting them walk alone. Besides that, few lights were not working when we arrived and had to wait good 2 days before they were replaced. For what you pay this is simply...
