The Hamlets of Santa Giulia — Hotel in Sartène

We stayed at Les Hameaux de Santa Giulia in August 2025 and were very disappointed.|| • Check-in: Although we had confirmed 16:00 as our check-in time, the villa was not ready until 19:30. After a long day of travel, we had to wait several hours before we could finally move in.|| • Cleanliness: Despite the delay and despite paying an additional cleaning fee, the villa was not properly cleaned – spider webs on the ceilings, dirty windows, and overall not up to standard.|| • Equipment: The furnishing and equipment are far below expectations for a villa costing around €500 per night. Examples: no toilet paper holders in either bathroom, outdated and mismatched kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine in very poor condition.|| • Missing items: Even though we paid for a towel package, no kitchen towel was provided – a basic necessity.|| • Service: We contacted management by email about these issues, but never received any reply.||||The only positive aspects were the beautiful view of the bay and the well-maintained garden area.||||For the price charged, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Definitely not...

We have spent 2 weeks at Hameaux de Santa Giulia and we strongly recommend it.||Apartments are confortable, with an excellent view and total privacy, even on the balcony.||Furniture is nice and kitchen is very well equipped.||Beaches were resonably easy to access (we were on third row - so at the middle of the hill) even for us - having two kids aged 3 and 1.||The only downside has been the apartment's overall cleanness - perfect at first sight but then we discoverd dirt in several covered spots. Not a big problem when you have in any case to clean up the apartment yourself...

We stayed here for a week with two children and enjoyed every minute. Beach easy to access, also the restaurants are close. Supermarket is ten minute drive. The area is full of flowers and trees and they are well taken care of. Appartements look towards the see, and have a huge balcony. Pool is big and clean. |The only “minus” I can list is the extra sofa bed in the living room. Difficult to open and quite outdated. But my children still managed, however I would not suggest for adults to sleep on it. |So this is...
