Stayed for 10 days -9 nights at Residhome Val D'Europe. We got here as another hotel in Val D'Europe overbooked the hotel and moved our booking here. We had quite a lovely time. The room (a studio) was quite large and fit 2 adults and a child perfectly. The breakfast was ok. Same food everyday, but it had enough variety. Lavazza coffee machine at breakfast and free champagne. Fruits were limited and not refilled.
Location is ideal for Disneyland. The RER station is right next door. 3 minutes to the train. The RER passes every 10-15 minutes and it gets to Disneyland in 4 minutes. Use the RER line A app so that you do not have waiting times. We usually even came back at noon for a nap as we got back really quickly.
The only down side was the cleaning service. They did not even take the garbage out. They only cleaned twice in 10 days, and this was done after complaining by email to the reception. At phone the reception simply told me to take the garbage out on my own and go to minus 1 to get it out. Really rude, although it specifically said on the leaflet next to the key room that a "A daily cleaning of your room is included. It includes change of towels, beds made, rubbish taken out." After the e-mail, they apologiesed and said that for over 10 nights stay they do not do the daily cleaning and only do general cleaning twice. They gave us a fruit basket and approved of a late Checkout until 12:45 on Saturday. Nice touch, but the cleaning still did not improve. The cleaning lady totally ignored me when I asked for the towels to be changed in English. After trying my best few words in French (which I did not speak in long time) she completely changed attitude towards me.
The kitchenette was well stuffed. We had pots and plates, and an electric plate. We used it to boil some potatoes and rice one time. Fridge is working good and is a bit larger than the minibar in most hotels. The supermarket is in Val d’Europe shopping center, 10 minutes walk. It only opens at 10:00, so you can't use it before park. But there is a minishop next to the other end of the RER. Also 10 minutes apart. It is open until late at night and from early morning. Also, in the bathroom there is a basin for washing any clothes and in the tub there is a retractable line.
The view from the room was really nice. And we had a room in a quiet area. The air conditioning worked really good, even though there were 36-37 degrees outside. Inside there were 21-24 degrees. We even switched to heat at one point and worked good as well.
The small bar in the reception was also good. We even ate some pizza and chicken with fries. They were well made and fresh. The bartender was really friendly.
Overall we had a good stay...
Read moreMy family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Residehome Apartments Hotel Val d'Europe during our trip to Paris, France, and I cannot express how much we enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and top-notch facilities provided by the hotel.
First and foremost, the staff at Residehome Apartments Hotel Val d'Europe went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home, and we greatly appreciated their attention to detail.
The apartments themselves were spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. Our family suite had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and comfortable beds. The cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment were impeccable, and we felt right at ease during our entire stay.
The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in Val d'Europe, we found ourselves in close proximity to several attractions, including Disneyland Paris, which was a major draw for our children. Additionally, the nearby Val d'Europe Shopping Center provided us with a variety of dining and shopping options, making it convenient and enjoyable to explore the area.
The hotel's facilities were excellent. We made use of the fitness center, which was well-equipped and maintained, allowing us to stick to our exercise routine even while on vacation. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, ensuring that we remained connected throughout our stay. Furthermore, the secure parking facility provided peace of mind for those who arrived by car.
Overall, our experience at Residehome Apartments Hotel Val d'Europe was outstanding, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris, especially families. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it the perfect choice for our stay. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and would definitely choose this hotel again for our future visits to Paris.
Thank you, Residehome Apartments Hotel Val d'Europe, for making our family vacation truly unforgettable!

Read moreMyself and my wife stayed for a week at the begining of October 2022. The location is ideal being 2 minutes walk to the RER A station. We booked a one bedroom unit, which gave us a living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom/toilet.
Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. On holiday we usually split the day into 2 halves taking a short break in the afternoon, and the apartment layout means there is room to relax for a bit and be comfortable. Val d'Europe shopping centre is less than 10 minutes walk, There are plenty of eating places within walking distance, and a Monop store for any essentials. Its quiet at night even although you are only 100m from the RER station. The surrounding area feels safe and pleasant.
Breakfast is offered, either a continental breakfast, or the French take on an American breakfast. Plenty of choice, so no need to go hungry. Breakfast is available from 7am during the week so if you have an early start not a problem.
Staff were helpful, and English is spoken, we needed to borrow some scissors to sort a clothing problem, and get some tickets printed for a trip both were fuss free. Some staff recognised from a previous stay in 2019, which is a good sign, as turnover is low.
The location is convenient for both central Paris and Disneyland. If you are travelling into Paris regularly get a Navigo pass to save on fares. There trains every 10mins or so, more during rush hour, journey time is 40 mins.
Marne-le-Vallee Chessy TGV station is 10 mins away at Disneyland, this gives access to a lot of locations in France so some longer day trips are easily accomplished if you wish.
Overall enjoyed our stay and will return. The quieter atmosphere and reasonable rates for a 4 star establishment suits us better than a central Paris location.
A couple very minor niggles (not enough to knock a star off): Not many electrical sockets, particlarly in the bedroom, think phone, tablet and camera battery charging etc. We carry a 4 way USB charger with 4 outlets and a european plug, if we had individual chargers we would have struggled. Fathoming the Air Con control took a couple of attempts, fan was running too fast for our liking, second attempt got the...
