Loved it. This place got busy quickly. We saw the sign for Korean BBQ walking from the train station and thought that sounds so good! We were exhausted from a day at Disney. We quickly showered and made a reservation and are so glad we did. We were sat quickly and service was attentive but not pushy. The beef salad (pictured) was amazing. Hubby had the Bibimbap which he stuffed himself eating. He said it was fabulous. We also shared the fried chicken and mushroom dumplings and the fried chicken appetizers. Both great. But the absolute highlight of the night was dessert. They have a Hawaiian shave ice machine that makes a dessert famous in Korea but that we had never heard of. We ordered 2 different flavors and were blow away. It’s called Patbingsu or just Bingsu and you should google it right now. It wasn’t cheap - I think about €12 each but so worth it. We probably could have split one. Mine was the mango one (pictured) and he got the Matcha Red Bean one. I’ve never tasted anything so unique and brilliant. We might stop by before we leave Disneyland and get one more. I even priced the machines to makes these ourselves. It was awesome. Our total bill was just about €100! And we even had a bottle of rosé. Highly recommend this place. But go early or make a reservation as it fills up fast as soon as the park closes. We speak English with a little French and had no problems ordering since they have a photo menu on a tablet that you...
Read moreFood was great ✨ I actually enjoyed it so much because of its taste, portion and price.
The BBQ meat was well marinated, portion wise it’s really good for value since every single main dish was more than enough for 2 people to share. Side dishes were delicious too. Followed by the Bingsoo desert that we ordered, I couldn’t be more happier as it drew the perfect ending for my dinner.
The only star off from this experience is that, whilst most staff were quite polite and friendly, there was one particular person that didn’t treat me and my friend quite respectfully. It was a middle-aged man, and when came to our table and we kindly asked for some water, he didn’t answer to us and we weren’t sure if he heard it. He also put on a strict face but I thought perhaps it’s just a matter of character, so okay. But during the meal we wanted to order extra food and we made the eye contact with him, he didn’t just refuse to come over but he waved at us to ask us walk to him, which was quite shocking lol at the end we did walk to him to make the order and returned to our seats with confusion.
I mean honestly I loved this restaurant but there’s just one staff that made me left this place with confusion. But overall it’s still a quite pleasant...
Read moreThey close at 11pm, we did come quite late around early 10?
So we ordered the typical korean bbq, it was our first time.. and it was quite nice!
I gave it 3 star as I realised from looking at the pictures, we was not presented the food as how it should.
The meat + veg should be on the plate, then you cook it at your own pace.
What we got was meat + veg and sauce on a plate that was put directly under the grill.
What's the difference? Well, it forces us to cook everything at once and not everything was cooked properly as the watery sauce was also on there - making it hard to cook.
And it seems like the fire/grill goes off after a while, as the meat got cold.
Fair enough, we came a bit late, but in the end we left as soon as possible as we knew it was near their closing time - we were not planning to chill and chat there.
We paid in full like any other customers, and we would like to experience how it should be experienced. I would rather have them refuse us entry than give us a...
