A stranger was given a key to my room at midnight and they entered my room while my family was sleeping.
We had a nightmare experience from the moment we walked into the hotel. There was one family ahead of us in line when we arrived and two attendants at reception took over 20 minutes to check in the single family. We were given a QR code to enter our room that didn’t work so we waited in line again to be told “it should work now”. The QR code still didn’t work so we went back to reception a third time to be given a key.
Once we finally gained access to our room we noticed that there was still trash from the previous guest in the trash bins.
Our room was not cleaned the day after we checked in and there are no “do not disturb” or “please clean room” placards to display on the door like most hotels.
The second night of our stay: my wife, my baby, and I were woken up by two strangers opening the door to our room and walking in. I reported this to the front desk and I was told to talk to the manager in the morning. I then requested the manager in the morning and was told that they were too busy to talk to me. I was told that it was the hotels mistake because there system went down for 30 minutes around 7pm which didn’t make sense because I checked in at 3pm the day prior and the strangers were given a key to my room around midnight. The attendant said they can offer me free breakfast as an apology. I asked if they were serious and I was told “what else do you want”.
We then came back later in the day to see that our room was “cleaned” which for this hotel just means that your bed is made and the trash is taken out. The bags to the trash cans were not replaced. There was still dirt and debris on the floor so it was obvious that there was no sweeping or vacuuming done. There is a sign that says towels on the floor will be replaced but the towels we had on the floor were just moved to the counter and not replaced. Additionally, the time on the mirror in the bathroom was inaccurate which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place.
One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the kitchen but there is no soap or dishwasher pods available so don’t plan on using it more than once during your stay.
The hotel cleanliness was questionable and the water machine on our floor was filthy, the hallways smelled like vinegar and were riddled with stains.
A completely unacceptable experience for a hotel that costs almost $300 per night.
The manager was too busy to talk to us two days in a row. I spoke to someone “who is like the manager” who cut me off halfway through explaining my grievances and told me they would refund one nights stay, which...
Read moreI just wanted to voice my absolute dissatisfaction with the hotel. At first we were told by the hotel itself that we would have an on demand shuttle to take us to and from Marne-La valle area to the hotel. When we arrived and called as directed we were then told that the hotel now had limited hours for the shuttle, and that we were outside of the hours of the shuttle. So we had to pay 30€ out of pocket to even get to the hotel. Ingrid, one of the managers, at least tried to make up for this by having the hotel pay for a taxi to take us to and from Disneyland Paris the first day so we could sort out our tickets. The shuttle only leaves with limited time in the morning and limited returns in the evening. Although not applicable to us, this would be limited to families with small children that may not make it the entire day at the parks.
When we were preparing to check out of the hotel, we then asked about a shuttle to take us to the train station. We were told in no uncertain terms that there would be 2 stops, one to take guests to Disneyland and another to take us to the train station. We asked specifically because there is a security check to get into the Disneyland Paris village area that is required to get through to get to the train station on the other side. We were reassured that the shuttle would take us to the train station directly.
The morning we checked out we loaded on the shuttle as directed but once we arrived at Disneyland we were told we had to get out as this was the only stop. When we said the front desk had told us specifically we would be dropped off at the train station, the shuttle driver refused. I called the hotel to clarify and they said there was only the one stop at Disneyland. This meant we had to lug all of our luggage to the Disneyland security check and through Disneyland village to get to the train station
Of course if we had known that there would be very limited transportation to and from the hotel that was in fact NOT on demand and would not even be able to get us to the train station appropriately, we would have never booked with this hotel. We would have booked with a hotel that is much more convenient in terms of location (closer to more food options, easier to get to and from the park and train station).
The hotel seems unfinished and not ready for guests. The restaurant didn’t have the full menu as advertised online. The room finishes were nice but some lights were not working. You could only have one key per room, which is inconvenient if you have more than one...

The hotel is either new or maintained really well. Rooms are a decent size. We had a hard time deciding which Disneyland-area hotel to book, but ultimately booked Ki Space for their indoor pool.
While we mostly had a good stay here, there were a few misses with this hotel.
-We had a room at the very end of the hall, room 467, and wifi was unreliable at best there. I saw a consumer wifi access point near the elevator so I think it was the only one on the floor based on performance. I don't know the exact model of the access point but I believe it was consumer because I've never seen an enterprise access point with external antennas like the ones you have on your home router.
-I don't know if it was due to poor wifi, but our in-room Chromecast didn't work well.
-The pool was excellent. It was indoors, large, had some jet areas, and was heated. It was a little strange that the pool had quiet hours (pretty much meant no kids) from 3pm - 5pm. We had a free day after visiting both Disneyland parks so that 2 hour block in the middle of the day was disappointing. That timeslot might be a better fit if it was moved to night time. The pool also closes at 10pm. The pool isn't staffed so it would have been nice if it didn't close at all.
-The on-site restaurant is very good. We really enjoyed our dinner here the first night. The lunch time menu is the same as the dinner menu, but just a smaller selection. After one dinner and one lunch, we got a bit tired of the menu and opted to just eat the airport on the day we left. There's also a 2 hour gap between breakfast and lunch when they're closed. The grab and go fridge only has drinks and no food.
-The shuttle was good. We stayed back one night at Disneyland to watch the fireworks show. It was super crowded when the show ended and by the time we got to the shuttle stop, it was already 11:30pm. The shuttle had left at 11:20pm and runs every 50 minutes. We were stranded for a bit with our sleeping kids waiting for a taxi. Otherwise, the shuttle is pretty good, but crowded.
Ki Space was priced a bit lower than other hotels in the area. What you save in money, you lose in convenience because of location and available amenities. It was a bad stay, but I think I'd stay somewhere closer to the mall or Disneyland if i go to Disneyland...
