Ferienwohnung Frechen Marsdorf — Hotel in Cologne

Good day,users of Google. On 30th of December my family and I booked a flat with 5 rooms in here .

When we entered the apartment, we felt cold. When we checked the radiators, we realized that there was no heating in the apartment. My family consists of 7 people, and it includes a 5-year-old child and a seventy-year-old pensioner. Since it is impossible to spend the night and in the apartment is not in a jacket and shoes, we called the renter. They sent their colleague to us, who monitors the condition of the apartment. We called this person twice and explained the essence of the problem. We were promised to come with a thermometer and measure the temperature of the battery. An hour later, an expert came to us without a thermometer. He measured the temperature with his hand and refused to assist us. After long discussions, they brought us one heater. One for 5 rooms. as you understand, it did not help. Unfortunately, this is only one of the problems that we encountered during our stay in this room. For 2 nights we paid 369. 69 euros is money for cleaning, but as you can see in the photos, cleaning here is scant. The terrible treatment of customers and unacceptable living conditions. Die Kommunikation ist miserabel. Keine Beschreibung oder Kommentar wo sich die Wohnung befindet(1.stock) für die die verzweifelt suchen sollten. Selbst nach vielen anrufen und leider nur Unterhaltung mit dem AB kein Rückruf o.ä. Sehr schwach.

Es sollte eine nichtraicherwohnung sein. Der Geruch von Alter Disco und Aschenbecher kam einen sofort entgegen.

Die 40°C in der Bude konnte man nur durch alle Fenster voll auf ein wenig herabsenken. Hat in der Nacht sehr unterstützt beim innerliche Frieden.

Ich Weiss leider nicht was mit den Reinigungsgebühren gemacht wird, auf jeden Fall wird dort das Badezimmer nicht gemacht.

Wir sind zu 7. Angereist und ohne Vorwarnung gab es, ach wer hätte es gedacht, 6 Betten.
