Hospitality in perfection!

From the moment we stepped into our apartment (Grace) we were blown away by the beautiful style and the warm welcome. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. All the amenities are there, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine, including everything you need to use it. The apartment was impeccable clean!

Communication with the owner was perfect. At the time of booking, before we arrived and during our stay.

The location of the apartment is great, walking distance of all sights and right in the middle of the buzzing Neustadt with lots of great restaurants and cafés. The apartment however, was super quiet.

We came by car and were able to park our car for free in the parking garage which belongs to the apartment.

I stayed in 'Gordon' at the end of July and everything that is being said about this apartment is absolutely true. On top of that, the neighborhood is wonderful and has far more interesting options to eat and be merry than the Altstadt does.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dem Sweethomes Appartement Nr. 16 und wir waren einfach fasziniert!

Das Appartement ist äußerst sauber und sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich bemerkenswert und hier merkt man das viel Liebe ins Detail gelegt wird. Ob es die vergessenen Schminkpads der Freundin, die Milch zum Kaffee oder Gewürze zum Kochen sind. Hier ist alles da!

Es gibt einen Waschmaschine mit Trockner-Funktion, einen Backofen der auch als Mikrowelle verwendet werden kann, sodass hier auch ohne Probleme ein längerer Aufenthalt möglich ist.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Dresdner Neustadt, wodurch zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsläden und das Verkehrsnetz in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden können. Die Fenster das Appartments sind hingegen zur Ostseite (Entgegen der Haupstraße) ausgerichtet, weshalb es trotzdem angenehm ruhig ist und man morgens vom Bett aus, den strahlenden Sonnenaufgang betrachten kann 🌞
