Büroma-Apart Suites Esslingen — Hotel in Esslingen am Neckar

I stayed in the Berlin flats. For starters, they gave me the address wrong and I was straight out of the airport, laden with bags and walking around the neighborhood till I found the place. The apartment was nice but it had a weird smell I could not get rid off. A few days later, they started renovating other Buroma apartments in the building for a week (a looot of noise) and ignored my request for a partial compensation. The Internet was spotty, weak and blocked VPN connections (meaning you could not access work servers from the apartment). The kitchen had no exhaust (which can explain the smell) and you had to buy yourself proper cleaning stuff (mop, broom, cloths) yourself. Basically, I counted the days till the month was over. Then, getting my deposit back from them required 3 weeks...

MAVO provides very nice furnished apartments and we have experienced a very good customer service, specially with Walid that was always very helpful from the beginning of the booking process until moving in and out of the apartment.

The apartments themselves were spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable, providing a true home-away-from-home feeling.

They were also very well-equipped with everything we needed for both short and extended stays, from kitchen essentials to reliable Wi-Fi.

The team was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. They made the entire process seamless, from booking to check-out.

Neat and clean room.

Nicely managed. Usable kitchenette, manageable to cook indian food too. Nice and safe locality. Good view from the windows.

Suggesting to provide some more quipments like blender. One more drawback being absence of an exhaust which could trigger smoke alarm. They would suggest you to open windows and cook. You need to be very careful.
