A perfect location close to the beautiful and picturesque Old Town of Münster. I paid extra for the room overlooking a quiet valley, but instead got a room across from the loud elevator, on the 1st floor, overlooking a bunch of loud marihuana smokers - opening the window was not an option and the air conditioning was very loud and very cold- it kept going back to default settings despite changing the temperature manually. The room itself was quite spacious, modern and clean. The huge bed turned out to be two smaller beds put next to each other with no mattress connector, so not a very comfortable option. The breakfast was very basic, but of good quality. The rules for live cooking are not quite clear and could be communicated better. One tip for those travelling with car would be to download EasyPark app in advance, as the mobile data internet connection in the city was extremely slow- and you will need to pay for the parking on the opposite side of the street, as the spots in front of hotel are reserved for packing and unpacking only. Oh, and keep in mind there are some stairs between the reception and the elevator - 3 male members of the staff watched me struggle with a huge suitcase but none of them offered help. Also- if you travel with a pet (there is a nice park just outside the hotel), you will be greeted with a dog bed and some snacks- in our case the bed was worn out and used and the snacks “best before” date expired 8 months ago… You may want to double check before you feed your Pooh. The hotel uses regular room keys instead of cards so you have to choose between going out with quite bulky key, with name of the hotel and room number written on it or leave it at the recepcion and then wait long minutes before someone hands it back to you. One thing I loved the most was the shower gel scent- I would buy it and take back home if there was such option. To summarise: 260 euro for a night for such experience is a ripoff and I don’t think I’d stay...

Also einfach 2 komplett falsche Buchungen auf unser Zimmer.

We stayed here for one night, while on vacation. The location is great - very close to the Altstadt and easy to find.||||Checkin is the usual German standard, efficient, helpful but not exactly friendly or warm.||||The rooms are great. Modern, well lit and ventilated, with provisions for our dog that was travelling with us. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom modern and spacious, with a large and deep bath.||||The shower is a safety nightmare. No handles, slippery bath floor and a big step to the floor. Be careful.||||The claimed parking on their website is a myth. There is temporary parking available in front of the hotel, for checkin and then you have to drive to a nearby public parking lot within a couple of blocks.||||The food at the hotel is unimpressive. The evening selection was so limited, we decided to go out and were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the nearby restaurants. Breakfast was little better: an unsurprising selection of warm and cold food with machine made coffee. Nothing was wrong with any of it; it was just surprisingly standard for a 300+ Euro a night hotel.||||Overall we loved the room and the facilities but were under-whelmed by the efficient but not-exactly warm service and rather boring...

Hotel is clean and very nice run near the center of town however it is not inside the town wall Marriott platinum member. We did get a nice room upgrade. The room itself is very nice however it did not have any view because it was slightly underground, but it has a patio so the rooms are a bit strange in this hotel. The hotel has a very good restaurant however, the staff is run by little kids and they did not really tell us anything about the hotel or the restaurant and the trucks and the quality of the food so we had a really good German restaurant in the town Which was really great experience as well. Parking is across the street in the parking lot and there’s lots of biking in town but it’s relatively small good for one day. I did the Hotel staff could be more friendly and inviting to the Marriott guest who are and give them free breakfast like they’re used to for supporting Marriott.
