Stadtmuseum Münster — Attraction in Münster

The Münster City Museum is worth a visit for at least a few reasons. Mainly because of the fact that it's the best way to learn about the history of the city and the whole Westphalia. The rooms and the tour route have been planned chronologically.

Moreover, the Museum is very modern. Audioguides are available in almost all rooms. In some, there're also special reconstructions (e.g. a colonial shop or a post-war cafe). That can be interesting not only for adult visitors, but for children as well.

In addition, the sightseeing is totally free. Thanks to this, without any costs, we're able to spend a free 2-3 hours in the city...

A must see place if you want to get to know the history of Munster and its significance in world history. The information is presented in several languages, there are a lot of pictures and historic models, so the visual part is also great. I would personally recommend a tour with a guide. The only inconvenience is that you will not be allowed to take pictures, anyway here the most important thing is feel it not to take...
