Pension Schmidt — Restaurant in Münster

One of the employees called Henning was very rude! I was there with my friends on 10th October 2024. I ordered a cake which was quite a long wait. I asked Henning if he might have forgotten to enter my order into the system and he suddenly snapped at me. That was completely unacceptable and rude to a customer! I knew this had happened some time ago, but I couldn't just let his rudeness stand. That's why I decided to write this review. If I ever go to this cafe again, I would definitely ask for a different staff than Henning. I hope the owner will give him a good lesson in what customer service actually is! Wow what a fantastic cafe. Good coffee, excellent kuchen/cake, and great service. What I really liked was the layout, where the are several 'sitting room' setups, so if you're with a group of people you can sit in your 'own' themed area, rather than the usual table amongst many tables. Highly recommend a visit, and will definitely visit again....

Absolutely love it here. During the day time you can buy cakes, light bites and coffee, and at night you can buy drinks, with a special deal on aperol spritz on Friday for only €5.50!
