Brera Serviced Apartments München West — Hotel in Munich

With my husband and our little puppy (a Yorkshire Terrier of two kilograms and 10 years old), we have stayed in Brera the last three months.

From the beginning we were fully supported by Dragan, who help us to choose the apartment that better fit with our needs and budget and after we were moved to the apartment, he supported us anytime with any problem, question or need when we need it, always with a very good mood, always providing a solution and always with an smile on his face (answering inclusive out of his hours of work).

In fact, the attention and good treatment we received from Dragan made us feel that we were staying with friends, so the Brera will be our choice every time we return to Munich.

We have travelled and/or worked in a lot of countries along South America, North America and Europe and Dragan have been one of the best hosts that we have had, so the people of Brera is very lucky to have him on their team.

In addition, Brera it’s very well located (approximately 15 minutes from the city center) with the U-Bahn, bus and tram stops very close and supermarkets very close too.

The room was very confortable and clean (the staff clean it weekly and we were able to choose on which day).

So, in summary, we have had a very good experience in our three months in Brera Munich, we can only thank Dragan for all his support and service and we strongly recommend Brera apartments for long stays in...

Having lived in Brera for quite some time, I can surely say that it has been a Wonderful experience! The apartments give you a professional, modern and even a homely feel at the same time.

The furniture, equipments and services are too good!

The weekly cleaning service helps maintain good cleanliness as well.

Also, most importantly, the staff here- Chris and Kaja are always there to help you! They are really polite, friendly and make you feel comfortable in the environment. They fulfill all your requests and take care of our important mails, parcels as well. Glad to have such hosts!! Cheers!

The location of Brera Munich is just perfect! It’s hardly 50 m from Ubahn, Tram and Bus Stops. There is another bus stop at just outside Brera.

It is just 5 mins from Central Station (Hauptbahnof), 6 mins from KArlsplatz (Stachus) which is the shopping centre of Munich and also the other end of the iconic Marienplatz! The surrounding area is quite modern and almost everything in the city seems nearby from this location! Just 2 stations by U bahn and one can relax in the gardens of Nymphenberg Palace.

Also, from my experience of having lived in other cities in Europe, and apartments in Frankfurt and Berlin as well, Brera seems a perfect location for a stay in Munich!

All in all, perfect serviced apartments in a posh location. The washing and drying is is free as well!

The serviced apartments were generally in good condition and convenient for a temporary stay. However, there were a few things that worsened the experience and overall left me unimpressed with how the apartments are run.

Firstly, the bathrooms smelt like sewage and the smell was difficult to remove. Secondly, the WiFi would frequently cut out, often when I was in an important business call. In one case, this was due to the whole local area losing signal but in all other cases it was due to poor internet connection of the building. Thirdly, when I renewed my contract and extended my stay, the company did not inform me that my card would have to be replaced and on top of that left the new card in the room...when I was not in it! This lack of communication and lack of common sense nearly resulted in me having to pay 500 euros to get into my own room due to Brera's out-of-office policy. Finally, I was also moved to a larger room but the Brera group refused to supply the new room with toilet paper, basic kitchen items (sponge, dishwasher tablet and paper towel) etc... as this was only included in the 'welcome package' supposedly. I find it incredibly stingy that Brera refused to fully service the room with basic items (that cost the company nothing) yet I was paying more for this new apartment.
