Behringers City Hotel Nürnberg — Hotel in Nuremberg

We recently stayed at Behringers hotel in Nuremberg, a small and tidy establishment. While the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, there were several drawbacks that significantly impacted our stay.|Firstly, the hotel's location is far from ideal. Situated near a noisy road, the constant traffic noise made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning was a major issue. With no way to cool the room, it quickly became uncomfortable, especially during hotel weather. The poor ventilation made it difficult to breathe, and opening the windows only let in more noise from the road outside. Unfortunately, we didn't read the full description of the hotel beforehand, because we couldn't imagine that hotels without air conditioning still exist for this price.|When we tried to cancel the reservation upon realizing these issues, we were informed that we would be charged 80% of the price paid, which left us with no choice but to stay. Consequently, our night was a real nightmare.|On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. However, the negatives of the noisy environment and lack of air conditioning outweighed these positives. We would not recommend this hotel unless significant...

Hier Mal meine ausführliche Meinung zu diesem Hotel, ich möchte anmerken das diese Bewertung weder auf Preis Leistung noch auf Luxus bezogen ist, ich bewerte dieses Hotel nach dem was ich von einem bed and breakfast City Hotel erwarte. Fangen wir direkt mit dem ersten an mit dem man zu tun hat, dem Empfang, freundliches Personal schön eingerichtete Hotel Lobby und man bekommt einen WLAN Code der für 3 geräte gültig ist (das WLAN ist auch Recht gut solange es eben nicht von den gästen überlastet wird aber das ist ja nicht die Schuld des Hotels), in die Zimmer kommt man mit einer Key Card. Kommen wir zu den Zimmern, ich erwarte bei einem Hotel das nur zum Schlafen gedacht ist nicht viel also sowas wie ein Esstisch oder eine Microwelle müssen meiner meinung nach nicht sein, es gibt verschiedene Zimmergrößen ich werde jetzt Mal von dem Zimmer das ich bekommen habe erzählen, man hat ein schön weiches Bett mit angenehmer bettwäsche über den härtegrad des Bettes werde ich nicht urteilen das ist Geschmackssache, es gibt einen Schreibtisch einen Fernseher und einen angenehm großen Schrank, der Zustand des Zimmers war sehr gut der Teppich hatte weder Flecken noch eingebrannte oder verklebte stellen, es roch neutral und alles war schön sauber, das Bad war auch gut gereinigt und hatte auch keinen seltsamen Geruch oder ähnliches, kommen wir zu dem einzigen das ich am Zimmer zu bemängeln habe: die Dusche, an sich eine ganz gute dusche allerdings werden diese scheinbar zu wenig geschrubbt da sich ein wenig schimmel in den ecken und Kanten angesammelt hat, es war keine riesen Menge aber bemerkbar und nicht so schön, deshalb der Sternabzug beim Zimmer, etwas positives, ich hatte zuerst nur heißes Wasser auf meinem Zimmer, als ich bescheid gesagt habe wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert, super Service. Morgens kann man in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre frühstücken, es gibt ein kleines Buffet mit frischen brötchen und sogar richtiger Nutella für oben drauf haha, es gibt auch eine Warmhalteplatte mit rührei, hartgekochten Eiern und manchmal auf würstchen oder ähnlichem, dazu säfte oder Kaffe aus einem von zwei Vollautomaten. Die Lage ist etwas laut deshalb hier ein Sterne Abzug aber keine sorge die Zimmer sind gut isoliert.

Alles in allem ein Hotel in dem ich sehr gerne war und das einzige was ich dem Betreiber sagen kann ist: lässt die duschen besser schrubben, Dann wären es 5 Sterne, so leider nur 4.

Behringers city hotel was nice and cosy, since first meeting with receptionist, cleaners and waiters we felt ourself welcomed and the stuff seems to want just best for our group. Breakfast was great, there were best gluten free bread i've ever eaten. Also there were vegan options. Hotel location were good, there were tram station next to the hotel, so you get easily for example to old town or railway station. We got rooms for two and for four, the room for two was great but the other room for four were shockingly small. We got normal size room for two with two extra beds, so there weren't space for examble to walk to the bathroom without you had to jump over other beds. Also our room for four were so hot at night that all of us couldn't get sleep, we must keep all two fans on and window open to feel...
