Hotel Jasmin — Hotel in Pforzheim

The owner of the place is probably the most terrible "piece" of this hotel. He probably does not know that he is in the Customer Service industry. Very rude and arrogant person. I am not sure how he is running a hotel business. My experience and the guests I had placed there for a week were shocked and very much upset from me because they thought I knew what this hotel was about...prices are definitely much higher than the service level or even the rooms level.||One of the guests could take a proper shower as it was extremely small. He had to shower by "half's" of his body. Crazy!!!||Couldn't even get a proper invoice for our company even after asking for it days and days after the guests...

Breakfast was fine, and the wifi connection was good. ||We arrived at 10pm and had to wait outside for 15 min in the freezing cold, eventually someone turned up and let us in. They said that the credit card facility was not available and could we pay cash, we did. Even though it was -10 outside, when we got to our rooms there was no heating on. The staff were generally unhelpful and i should have looked at the reviews on booking.com before i went. Reservierung hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert 1 tag vorher angemeldet und bestätigung bekommen standen da und es hieß es ist nichts gekommen. Meinten fehler in ihren System Erste Nacht, wollte zimmer wechseln durfte nicht, sagte Sie bekommen die Artzt Rechnung. 5 mal Schimmel: Dachschräge sieht man direkt wenn man reinkommt. Wurde denk mal versucht zu überstreichen aber man sieht dass was unter der farbe ist der Fleck ist dunkler als die farbe. Untern fenster auf der Holztreppe ecken mit schimmel bedeckt Hinter der Tür von innen des zimmers, der schimmel ist dahinten schon länger weil der schon fast schwarz ist und teils schon schwarz ist Untern Schreibtisch an der strom leiste etwas verfärbt Wollte aufs klo musst fast kotzen da es extrem stinkt nach abgestanden Pisse Nie wieder dann zahle ich lieber 200 € mehr und bleibe gesund und setz mich keine Lebensgefahr aus
