Wow, the dzowurlu branch'team is too much vibrant and service is top notch , 5 stars needed.

This place deserves a standing ovation. I was very impressed and extremely impressed by the way people are firs of all welcomed, the team is very energetic , the place is clean , the atmosphere serene , I could write the all review just telling good place about that place. That's the kind of energy we need while going to a place and I would like every person who might read this review to maybe sign a petition or put in prayers that server , EVANS. K , this guy is seriously the best server I have ever met in my life , I hope he will be promoted to branch manager , how can someone be that kind and polite , that is what we need and that is a PERIOD for me , promote Evans. The two stars are for the amazing iced latte's, salads and panini's however the customer service is so trash. The waiters exhibit selective greeting on arrival or seated serving (I've noticed its either if you're white or a man). They are also very nonchalant and have forgotten to make my order on two occasions.

In another incident where I received the wrong order. A colleague of the waitress who made the incorrect drink had begged me to drink it to save them from re-making it. I refused and they re-made the drink. As I was ready to leave and make payment the waitress was rude in body language and communication at the till.

I'm a big fan of Second Cup, but this Dzorwulu location definitely did not live up to Second Cup reputation when I visited recently. The AC did not seem to be working, so it just wasn't that comfortable to relax here for long. The internet was unusable and dropped my connection frequently. I gave up on their internet and just burned mobile data in order to get some things done. Prices have always been a little higher at Second Cup.
