Pension Andromeda — Hotel in Alonnisos Municipality

Sometimes simplicity is the best thing and usually simple things are among the most beautiful, just like Andromeda Pension on Alonissos island.We spent 10 days in this oasis of peace.First thing which is a delight for the eyes and the sense of smell is the garden, it is easy to see how much passion Katerina put on it, she created a little corner of Eden’s Garden.The rooms are extremely clean, everyday are cleaned, well equipped, you have everything that you need for a holiday, and if not Katerina is always there to fulfill your wishes, to make you feel relaxed just like you should be on vacation.She is an amazing host,very kind , with a beautiful energy,helpful, she gave us good tips to discover the magnificent Alonissos island.The location is perfect to explore this little gem called Alonissos, where every corner of it holds a new, wonderful surprise.It is very close from the port, from Chora the old city, from markets.And also has parking space, an important thing there for those who come with the car.And not at last, the view….I adored that view.It is such a great pleasure to drink your coffee looking to that endless blue.|So, if you are looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life or simply immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature, choose Alonnisos island, choose Andromeda Pension.It is a delightful place, I totally recommend it.Thank you Katerina...

As the title suggest, what more could one ask for? This is an economic, do-it-yourself hotel, which means that if you are in need of a lot of services and amenities then maybe budget accommodation is not for you. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day. Liens were changed daily as well. Although the hotel is located on a hill-top the main town and a local super market are a short walk away(probably not an ideal location for the elderly or those with disabilities). Each room appeared to have all the necessities and included a kitchenette with cabinets filled with all the items needed for cooking/eating in. There was also a little garden courtyard that had a room where one could find coffee, cups, condiments, etc...The owner was very hospitable and even offered us a homemade Alonissos Cheese Pie upon our departure, a delightful and yummy bonus! If you're in Alonissos and are looking for a good budget accommodation I wouldn't hesitate to stay at...

Alonissos and Andoneda was a very positive surprise for us. We spent there 2 nights after Skiathos. We found Andromeda very comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay in Alonissos a lot (wish we could have spent some more days in Alonissos and Andromeda instead of Skiathos). Katerina and her mother are very friendly (they offered us traditional cheese pie next morning of our stay), the studio room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and it had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The location is in the upper part of the village. Katerina will pick you up from the port and drive you back on the day of the departure. You need a motorbike or a small car to get around the island or enjoy a trip to Old town by a 25 years old bus (funny back in time experience). I strongly recommend Andromeda...
