CAVO Greek Cuisine — Restaurant in Alonnisos Municipality

The place looks nice but unfortunately it was our worst dinner in Skopelos/Skiathos/Alonissos. The salad was full of mayonnaise, the french fries very oily, the meatballs very dry without any traditional sauce, only mayonnaise... and worse of all, the stuffed squid had been stuffed without being properly cleaned beforehand.

I was there for Easter Sunday staying 3 days. I thought I would give it a try and have dinner at this restaurant. My opinion is that after I tried different ones in the area you can't go wrong with CAVO FOOD from the food to the service and hospitality. Family oriented welcoming staff very friendly and wonderful people and above all the food is unbelievable!! If I visit again it will be my first choice!!! In our opinion and experience this has been the most authentic Greek and, especially, less tourist-ridden restaurant in town, including the old town. Prices within the average but freshly cooked dishes and, to go for, fish or the day (catch). Attentive and friendly service complete the good results for the experience. We really liked it.
