AVOID!!!

We had a truly awful experience at this hotel and feel completely let down. On arrival, we were shown two rooms: one wasn’t what we had booked, was in an unacceptable condition, and even had a dirty mop and bucket in the corner; the other was presented as a “free upgrade” but was simply the room we had originally paid for. Both rooms were dirty, smelled of damp, and had cobwebs, far below even basic standards of cleanliness and care.

After this, we were left to wander around trying to locate an office for help, only to then be treated as if the whole situation was somehow our fault. At no stage did anyone provide proper guidance or basic customer care.

A staff member at reception had initially acknowledged the situation and assured us we would receive a full refund. On that basis, we left. But later, the hotel completely washed their hands of us, denying the refund that had been promised. To make matters worse, management followed up with an aggressive phone call instead of any genuine attempt to resolve the situation.

We have now been left with no refund whatsoever for a stay we didn’t even receive. To advertise one standard, deliver something entirely different, promise a refund, and then go back on that word is unprofessional and misleading.

Avoid this place! they take your money, provide substandard and unhygienic rooms, and then refuse to take responsibility...

Spent a great week at Lorenzo house apartments. Rooms are pretty basic, but with good enough equipment so you can enjoy your stay. The cleaning was made everyday in our room, so nothing to complain about. Location is excellent, very close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Also, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help if something. The pool area is great. If you want to spend your holiday in a quiet and clean hotel, this one is for you. I recommend this...

We went at the start of May, the restaurant's and supermarkets were just opening up on the main road. The apartment with a kitchenette is great for a combination of eating in and eating out. No cooker but two hobs, a fridge and sink. We asked for a double bed but ended up with two singles pushed together. Apartment is cleaned with new sheets and towels virtually every day.
