Maria Anastasia Studios — Hotel in Argostoli Municipality

Stayed here 10 nights and will be returning next year as we liked it so much. Great apartment which is well maintained with good size balcony with sea views to die for. Super quiet area. Beds changed every 2 to 3 days together with fresh towels. Plenty of private parking. Room has balcony with table chairs and clothes airer. Room has ac, double ring hob, fridge, sink, crockery and cooking utensils, wardrobes, table and chairs two single beds to make a double, good size toilet, shower and basin plus good towels. Not too far from a clean sandy beach which is walkable but easier with a car. Cycles and scooters available to hire in the village plus a small supermarket. Numerous restaurants also nearby. Our kind of holiday area!!

12 months later and we've returned again to the same apartment. Can says the same as on our last stay .... Perfect for a peaceful holiday. We are the only ones here at the beginning of October and can only manage a week. Fantastic views of a $300,0000,0000 motor yacht below us. Hope to return next year for...

Quiet place, may seem pretty isolated but this was a great thing. The villa has a gorgeous view over the sea, the garden is beautiful and has flowers and trees all around, the villa is well maintained and the room we stayed in - no. 4, was very very clean and we had everything we needed.

The cleaning lady visited the room at every 2-3 days, changing the bed sheets and the towels. We met Maria, one of the hosts and her little son, they were very pleasant and nice.

I strongly recommend this place for the beautiful landscape at the terrace we enjoyed every morning, for the well done cleaning and its surroundings.

Βρώμικο δωμάτιο με πολλή σκόνη. Ελαττωματική μπαλκονοπορτα, σπασμένο σύρτη, κλιματιστικό μαύρο στα φίλτρα, μηδεν συντήρηση, σκασαμε απο τη ζέστη και την αϋπνία(εχω φωτογραφιες), μυρμήγκια, Καζανάκι που δεν κατέβαζε νερό. Γενικά μια διαμονή απαράδεκτων συνθηκων. Δεν θα απαντούσα αλλά με αναγκάζει η ανάρτηση της ιδιοκτήτριας. Ουδέποτε φύγαμε και αποποιήθηκαμε του αντιτίμου της βραχείας διαμονης μας, αντιθετα οι ίδιοι προσφερθηκαμέ να πληρώσουμε βαση του νομου του ΕΟΤ.. Οι ιδιοκτήτες απαίτησαν όλη την διαμονή λογω ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗΣ ΤΗΣ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΗΣ. Αγνοώντας το δικαίωμα του νομου του ΕΟΤ. Επίσης έχω πειστήρια και αποδείξεις εξωφλησης του αντιτίμου, χωρίς να παραμεινουμε... Δεν δεχτηκαν τα νόμιμα της εκ της αρχής αποχώρησης ,και αμφισβητήσαν δημόσιο πρόσωπο του νόμου.που δεν τους απείλησε ποτε, και απλα τους ανέφερε τον Νομο που αγνοουσαν.!!!Καλό θα ηταν να υπάρχει αναγνώριση και παραδοχη της κατάστασης, παρά να τα ρίχνουμε στον επισκέπτη.Οσο για τον αντιεπαγγελματισμό που δήθεν κατηγορηθηκαν, δε θα μπω σε λεπτομέρειες γιατι εχω και ειναι πολλες.,και θα το κρίνετε εσεις.Φυσικά και δε θα ξαναπάω, και δεν το προτείνω. Πρωτη φορά μενω δυσαρεστημένος και λυπάμαι για τέτοιες συμπεριφορές. Ελπίζω να βοηθήσει όσους επισκέπτονται το όμορφο νησί..της...
