Mirto Hotel - Ξενοδοχείο Μυρτώ — Hotel in Dion - Olympos Municipality

Μην διανοηθείτε να ξοδέψετε τα χρήματα σας, τον χρόνο σας και να χαλάσετε τη διάθεση σας σε αυτό το βρώμικο "ξενοδοχείο. Με λίγα λόγια: Φτάνουμε Μ. Σάββατο από Θεσσαλονίκη στις 16.30 με το σκυλάκι μας. Αφήνουμε τα πράγματα μας στο δωμάτιο μας (202) και φεύγουμε κατ'ευθείαν καθώς μας περίμενε η παρέα μας. Γυρνάμε πίσω στις 20.30. Αυτά που αντικρίσαμε ήταν τραγικά. Βρίσκουμε αρχικά βρωμούσα πάνω στην πόρτα του μπάνιου και τη σκοτώνουμε. Αμέσως βρίσκουμε και άλλη αμέσως μετά στο κομοδίνο μας. Παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο στη ρεσεψιον και ώσπου να έρθει η κοπέλα αντικρίζουμε το χάος. Βρωμούσες μέσα στο νερό του σκύλου μας, κάτω από το κρεβάτι ψόφια ζωύφια και στις γωνίες όλου του δωματίου. Όλα αυτά τα βλέπει η κοπέλα της ρεσεψιον και μας μεταφέρει σε άλλο δωμάτιο (302). Της ξεκαθαρίζουμε ότι έστω και δούμε 1 ζωύφιο, φύγαμε. Με το που μπαίνουμε βλέπουμε στον τοίχο να περπατάει βρωμούσα. Μαζεύουμε τα πάντα και φεύγουμε. Ο υπεύθυνος μας κορόιδευε λέγοντας μας "δεν πειράζει" για ό,τι συνέβη και ότι καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο πριν έρθουμε. Οι γελοιότητες του δεν έπεισαν ούτε τον ίδιο που δεν σκέφτηκε σαν επαγγελματίας να ζητήσει συγγνώμη και να βρει μια λύση. Προφανώς δεν τους νοιάζει η φήμη και τα χρήματα που χάνουν. Βράδυ της Ανάστασης γυρίσαμε Θεσ/νικη με χάλια διάθεση. Μην διανοηθείτε να ρισκάρετε την υγεία τη δική σας και του κατοικιδίου σας σε αυτό το βρώμικο ξενοδοχείο.

Don't even think wasting your money, time and mood on this "hotel". Long story short. We arrived on 7/4/2018 at around 16.30 pm with our little dog on this hotel. We left our baggage on the room (nr. 202) and went out after only 5 minutes. Our friends were waiting for us and we joined them. We came back to our room at around 20.30 pm. What we saw was a nightmare. First we see a big bug on the door of the bathroom and we kill it. After that we found another bug on the table next to our bed. We call immediately the reception and a lady comes to our room. Till the lady arrives we discover bugs all over the room: On our dog's water tank, killed bugs under the bed and some alive on our baggage. We ask to be transferred to another room and that's what happens. Right after we arrive on the other room (nr. 302) we discover the same bug walking on the wall. We get our things and leave immediately. The hotel manager told us "Never Mind" and that they cleaned the room. Never asked sorry for the terrible situation and never tried to find a solution. That's our experience for the Easter Day. Our dog's health was in danger with all these bugs. Don't even think walk by this dirty hotel with your...

Visiting Hotel Mirto for the first time. Third day here in Litohoro and I would highly recommend this place. Perfect location with fully access to restaurants , chemists, supermarkets, bakeries, bus stop and all in walking distance, no hassle to get anywhere.. Minutes from Mount Olympos and 15 minutes drive from the best beaches ever.! Quality in customer service, friendly staff, warm environment making any guest feel at home. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis,the breakfast is what I expected.. But above all it's the excellent communication these locals have, not to forget to mention the owner Kleomenis who goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. I am planning to visit this place and specific boutique hotel Mirto next year again. Definitely value for money, thanks to all who made our stay so pleasant.. Nikoletta Parthymou...

Staff was VERY nice and helpful! Boutique style hotel with "musical" elevator (music plays when someone steps in elevator). Our room was big and comfortable, balcony with nice view. Breakfast was very tasty. Hotel is in center of small town next to church,shops,restaurant, park. Only was a little uncomfortable it's shower. Shower curtain doesn't go around shower, only separates shower from view from hallway if someone open door. So all floor around shower wet after shower. But this is what it is in Greece! We stayed in different places in different parts of Greece and everywhere was same story with shower. So I guess it's life...
