Guesthouse Papanikolaou — Hotel in Dion - Olympos Municipality

Perfect location - it's right behind the center of Litochoro so you can enjoy all the facilities of the city center and still have a quiet atmosphere on the hotel area. It's also perfect to go for a trekking experience to the Mt Olympus, as it's the closest town to the mountain. ||Rooms - I had a room with a fantastic stone-based decoration that gave the room a beautiful rustic touch. Furniture is basic but functional. Great mirrors and perfect light arrangement. The room had a compact kitchen area and a small fridge. The bathroom was very well equipped. Cleaning service was perfect. Wifi and a/c fully functioning.||Staff - the owner and his wife are kind and caring. They helped me with the car parking, road indications, and advice for the Mt Olympus trekking experience.||I thoroughly recommend this place and if I go back to Litochoro, I'll definitely stay at Guest House...

The rooms are nice, the owner is friendly. Breakfast was okay, standard greek hotel breakfast eith some i guess home made musli bar. Altough everyone aims an early start to the mountain, the breakfast only starts at 8. There is a nice big car parking and nice inner garden/ seating area. Unfortunately if we have turned on the air conditioning, it was directly blowing to our face when lying in the bed. From the moment i made a special request (via some platform that specializes in hotels), till the goodbye, everything went smooth as silk! Excellent landlords, very nice rooms, cozy, warm, clean. The breakfast was of very good quality, only serving times 8-10am a bit limiting. The only downside is the shower which was small, but then again they are the same in every hotel/guesthouse.
