Irini Sivota — Hotel in Igoumenitsa Municipality

I would say for Irini studios that it is the clean place located very close to Syvota center, but still in very quite street. Hosts seems to be very nice people, but they don't speak English, so it is a bit hard to comunicate. They clean studios every 3 days, with change of sheets and towels. It is visible that they are investing in facility (like new windows with mosquito protection), but there are still things to be done. Furniture is a bit older, so bed is squeeky, and closets have some sort of odor of old. Good thing is that every studio has kitchen that is separated from the room, and it has comfortable balcony. Kitchen is large enough and fully equiped. Facility has one building with 4 studios, one with 2 apartmens, and in the third one hosts live. Between the buildings there is a nice garden with two big lemon trees. There are two big parkings for guests to use for free. They also offer a small libary of English books for guests to use. All in all, if I decide to come back to Syvota, since this is the second year here, I would come back to Irini studios, since it is comfortable and affortable, and nicely located. I would suggest hosts to invest in new furniture, and not to try to save money on small things like liquid...

I just came back from vacation and I told myself that the first thing I will do is to do a review for Irina's accommodation. Apartment was excellent, it justified all our expectations, and the host Irini was available for everything. We had a nice apartment within full equipped kitchen, big terrace, nice bathroom and a nice separate bedroom with AC... and most important everything was qlean... Accommodation is located less then 10-minute easy walk to the center of Sivota, and near the apartment (in the immediate vicinity - 5-minute walk) there are several supermarkets and bakeries that are well equipped and supplied... Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a beautifully stocked kitchen. Very effective AC. The garden and apartments meticulously maintained and there's a shared space with a picnic table and also private balcony space. The owner Irini is a lovely woman and a gracious hostess. This place is on a quiet back street with ample parking, but super close to the port, and also the main road with bakeries, pharmacy, supermarkets etc. Would very much recommend, you'll...
