LAN-GO LUXURY LIVING Sivota — Hotel in Igoumenitsa Municipality

Lovely location. Nice and clean. Near to Sivota. Double rooms looked nice from a distance. However please don’t fall into the trap we did - the maisonette type family rooms are not swim up rooms, despite the room photos on booking implying this. We realised this by accident on emailing about sleeping arrangements prior to our stay but at the point we couldn’t get a refund. We were advised that we could access the pool by the side. We thought this would be ok but on arrival we realised, there were only 4 loungers for the approx 4/5 maisonette rooms (maybe 20 people if fully booked), only two of these facing the pool to watch the kids and these had no shade. We tried to explore our options with booking.com but then ended up being told by the owner that booking had cancelled our booking and we needed to leave as it was re-booked by someone else. We hadn’t cancelled it, booking claimed they had not cancelled it and it was still available on the booking website until the following day. So we were left homeless with 2 small children who were quite upset about the whole thing. We never leave negative reviews but feel we need to warn other families so they don’t end up in the same situation. These are not what they seem, if you raise any issues whilst perfectly amicable, you may find yourselves homeless, and as advised by the owner ‘this is not...

Following a serious accident last year we booked a swim up room directly with owners last October for this June. They happily took our deposit and we were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately just ONE WEEK prior to departure we had a phone call advising “swim up room not possible, fully booked” and ours was cancelled. We explained we’d booked nearly a year ago and the accommodation was still available until very recently so it shouldn’t be our booking being cancelled. This was met with complete indifference. They then offered us a maisonette with ladder like stairs to mezzanine bedroom which was totally unsuitable for me due to mobility issues. I explained this, however they were totally uninterested and didn’t even as much as apologise. This left us scrabbling around trying to find other suitable accommodation a week prior to departure. We’ve becoming to Greece for over 40 years and have never experienced anything like this before. Customer service was absolutely appalling to...

We stayed at Langley luxury living for 2 weeks from 17/09-2/10 in a ground floor room. The accommodation far exceeded all our expectations, it was spotlessly clean, modern interior and in a fantastic location for easy access to all Sivota has to offer. Comfy bed, good shower and has all the facilities you need..Fantastic swim up pool and a great patio with top quality sun bed, this made the holiday really enjoyable and we spent several days just lounging on the patio. The hostess Christina was amazing, couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable, from advice on the area to sorting out any problems we encountered, a huge thanks to Christina for making our stay special. I’ve been to most of the Greek islands over the years this was my first trip to mainland Greece. It was undoubtedly the best holiday we’ve ever had in Greece and I’d rate it as one of the best holidays all round. We’d highly recommend Largo luxury living and Sivota for a holiday easily 4 star...
