Filiasmemories apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

The apartments are in a very convenient location, out of the tourists buzz and noise, but close to three quiet small beaches, lovely restaurants and cafés, with two supermarkets around the corner, shops 5 minutes away, car rental, etc. Walk from the harbour and lake takes 15/20 minutes, with the possibility of boat tours to Santorini, Spinalonga, etc.., submarine tours, snorkeling, scuba, etc. The apartments are exceptionally well fitted, nothing (and I mean it) is missing: great views, terrace, comfortable bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen , comfortable dining/living room, good size bedroom with wardrobes and dressing table, air conditioning, TVs and elevator. The apartments are also regularly cleaned. The owner, Mrs. Filia, and her team (Andrea and Stratos) are very kind and helpful yet discrete, they really do their best to make your stay comfortable, we could not have been luckier to find them! This place is a true gem! Everything is just beyond perfect! We had the apartment on the third floor with an unreal terrace. Everything seems brand new, super clean, and very well maintained. The interior is beautiful with a lot of heart put into details. From decor to the plates. We found this place quite short notice and were welcomed by very helpful and extremely friendly staff. Everything in the apartment what you would need. Also only a short walk to the downtown area which we liked since we have a little one with us. So it’s quiet enough but you’re still close to all shops and restaurants / entertainment. The beaches are within a few minute reach. Car parking right in front of the house…A real oasis. Stayed 3 nights from 12–15 July 2025 in the Iris 2-bedroom apartment at Filia’s Memories Apartments. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed, offering all the amenities plus the comforts of home. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and the beach.
