I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Tamra in Crete, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the villa's stunning architecture and breathtaking views.

Villa Tamra perfectly combines modern luxury with traditional Cretan charm. The spacious interiors were beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area was cozy and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable, each offering gorgeous views that made waking up a delight.

One of the highlights of my stay was the private outdoor pool and terrace. I spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the serene surroundings. The sunsets from the terrace were simply magical, creating a picturesque backdrop for an evening glass of wine.

The location of Villa Tamra was also ideal, with easy access to nearby beaches and charming local villages. I loved exploring the area and discovering the rich culture and delicious cuisine that Crete has to offer.

I have recently stayed at the Villa Tamara with a group of friends. The Villa was more than we expected !! Its been recently renovated, kitchen is very well equipped so we could actually cook. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Cleaning - 10 !!! There is a large nice pool with great sun-beds and nice very large outdoor table for our meals as well as an outdoor shower by the pool. The location of the Villa is great. Its on the seashore so the view is amazing, walking distance to a sandy beach and short walk to mini-market, restaurants and little souvenir shops. The whole village is small which makes it very attractive as it is more quiet than other very busy villages. Note that owners are friendly, open and will recommend the best restaurants in the area ! We stayed at the lovely Villa Tamara in August 2024 as a family of 6 adults.

It was a luxurious, peaceful and relaxing villa that was well appointed throughout. Sat above the very quiet road, the villa was not overlooked by the neighbours or those passing by. The pool was bigger and deeper in reality than shown in pictures, allowing all 6 of us to be in the pool in comfort.

2 minutes from a well stocked and reasonably priced local super market, the villa was a brief 4 or 5 minute walk to the restaurants, bars and harbour so everything needed was very close.
