Hotel Blue Sky — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

The staff was polite, but spent a lot of time scrolling their phone and eating with their kids in the order/eating area by the pool (and by the guests). Almost feel like you are interrupting a private family meal. But overall good service.||There was always room by the pool, which is nice. The childrens pool though is very deep for kids under 3 years.||||||There was several things we were not happy with as staying there with our three kids though. The cleaning was only every second day, and there was no vacuum/broom or option what so ever to clean up the room ourselves. Crumbles and sand all over the floor. Thats with the garbage as well, only gathered when washing. Extremely tiny bins (two total, one in the kitchen and one bathroom) so we had to empty the trash several time a day ourselves. The bathroom handle was loose, the shower had loose tiles (one were even missing) and the toilet ring was full of marks. Would...

Me and a group of 17 people (5 kids) stayed here for a week. The staff and the family that owns this hotel were so friendly and so kind! We felt so welcome and at home. The location is great, you have a walking distance to everything you need (beach, supermarkets, restaurants, shops) Big and nice rooms with great balconys, the room had everything you need and were always very clean! I have a 1-year old and they put a very good bed/crib for my son in the room. The food and drinks in the bar was really good, especially the food (The beef stifado was 5/5!) There is nothing to complain about, I will definitly go back here and I already miss the staff and the hotel❤️ Thank you for this...
