Kahlua Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Chania

We went to this bar last week and made a very unpleasent experience with both persons being onsite. The lady who prepared the drinks and the owner as we assume.

Never faced the situation that we as guests have been treated disrespectful like this. Both were very unfriendly and did not accept our request about the incredients of our drink.

The only answer we got was that thousands of these drinks were served, and we would be the only ones complaining.

More than about the drink with an unusual taste, we were disappointed about the behaviour against us.

The most important info from the sir. . . "You have to pay the invoice, it is booked and we cannot delete it! "

We paid in the end to close this story and for sure will never be back!

First time visiting here, and so far we’re really impressed! We went on Saturday night — the drinks were very nice, and the staff/owners were absolutely lovely and welcoming. You could tell they had been super busy, but they were still very accommodating. I had the Bounty and my partner had a Piña Colada — both were really good. I’d never had a Bounty cocktail before, and now, thanks to this place, it’s one of my favourites. Every other cocktail bar has a lot to live up to with these people!

The prices are really good for the quality and care you get. The décor and theme are lovely, and everything was very clean and tidy, even though they were so busy. We’ll definitely be back this week while we’re still in Crete. Such lovely people and a great place — I wish them...

Ordered a B52, 1st time in 35 years that it was served with ice, which totally changes its dynamic. Contrary to other reviews l found the prices high and the cocktail potency low to average. Owner wasn't happy when l asked for less ice in my next drink and we weren't offered the complimentary Raki that other clientele received on settling the bill. The owner was a happy chappy, of course he was, the mark up being made on each drink made Euros spin in his eye sockets. It is a pleasant bar, good atmosphere and music, but so much choice in and around Chania, that l won't be going for a double...
