Cloud 9 Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Chersonissos

We stayed at cloud9 Hotel for one week and had a mint experience, the hotel is situated above the bar, the rooms are spacious with a balcony too, great pool and back terrace overlooking the Cretan mountains. The hotel is in the heart of the Malia strip, the most central place you could be. The atmosphere at the bar in the evening is electric, great DJ playing classics to get everyone dancing and a varied cocktail menu to keep you going, highly recommend, all the team are so friendly and eager to help, welcome cocktail on arrival to the hotel and a really smooth check in process. We had a great vacation in Malia, stayed 7 nights, we're from Romania. Cloud 9 Hotel is close to the beach but also to the old town. Many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, McDonald's. We rented a car from Eurotrip Malia, good deal from the owner, visited Heraklion, Agios Nicolaos, Sisi, Matala, beautiful locations. We enjoyed the nice, clean rooms with pool view, air conditioning, we had tasty breakfasts. The owners are very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. We didn't mind the music, it's an adult only hotel, it's located on the Strip, where the clubs and animated night life...

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!||Payed for 8 rooms for 16 people ended up with 4 rooms with 13 beds total so not even enough room for all of us and they wouldn’t do anything about it. A/C didn’t work in any room, 4 of the plugs didn’t work and 1 wasn’t even wired up properly, 2 of the showers didn’t work, bathroom light didn’t work, rooms were dirty and only cleaned once throughout the week, beds are uncomfy and stained. Owner didn’t seem to care about any of the problems we he and even had the audacity to try n charge us for the faulty appliances.Also blasted loud music till 5...
