1)Unpleasant staff. Both looked arrogant and seemed like I was more interested to find out prices and almost had to pull all the info from them word by word.

2)Prices were ridiculous, if ~700 euros for a simple boat (for a day) is not ripping off a tourist then I don’t know what is.

Advice: be a bit more friendly and put more energy communicating. And come down to earth, not every tourist is naive and doesn’t have a rough idea on prices.

Speak to your staff first (if it wasn’t you). Few days ago I asked about whether you rent out small boats, your staff said 60 or 70 euros (I can’t exactly remember) per hour, I said what about the whole day, you said...

I do not recommend this place to do any water activity for the following 3 reasons:

Staff is rude, specially the guy who gives information. We paid 100 eur for 15 min of Parachute above the sea, it was only 14 minutes (with the jet ski and boat transportation, total time in the air was less than 9 minutes). You pay 15 eur for low quality photos, most of them when you are NOT in the air. The promised also a video, no video was given.

These guys seem to be abusing the clients because they are the only ones around. I recommend a different use of your money, e.g. going to the south for similar activities, which we did and...

Total unglücklich... Laut Preisliste sind 15Minuten JetSki fahren = 1 JetSki für 2 Personen 70€... Sie machen einen guten Preis und sagen sie machen 25 Minuten draus, freude ist da hört sich doch gut an... Nach 10 Minuten wurde man raus geholt und das wars, nicht mal die eigentlich 15 Minuten konnte man fahren... Man Fragt nett nach wiso man schon raus muss und kann sich dann ganz arogant anhören, das waren über 25 Minuten... Zuerst habe ich mich vom angebot überzeugt und wahr damit zu friden und konnte auch über die wirklich arogante art wegschauen... aber nach den 10 Minuten kam ich mir komplett verarscht vor.. 7€ für 1 Minute fahre schon bitzli übertriben finde ich... dan kommt noch so herablassend dafür haben ja bilder von euch gemacht, nur bekommt ihr die bilder nur qen ihr nochmal 20€ bezahlt... Mein Tip Achtet am Besten auf eure Start Zeit und wan ihr fertig seit... Wir wurden nicht als einzige so behandelt viele andere Leute ausem Hotel haben das gleiche gesagt...

Totally unhappy... According to the price list, 15 minutes of jet skiing = 1 jet ski for 2 people 70€... They make a good price and say they make it 25 minutes, joy is there sounds good... After 10 minutes you were taken out and that was it, you couldn't even drive for the actual 15 minutes... You ask nicely why you have to get out and then you can listen to yourself very arrogantly, that was over 25 minutes...
