Semiramis Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Chersonissos

We booked Semiramis Apartments through a travel agency. As the others wrote, we were asked to pay for air conditioning upon our arrival even though we were not informed of this by the tour agency. We checked our booking details afterwards and AC is stated to be included so this plus the fact that they wanted 10 E per day for AC as cash was disappointing unfortunately.

The rooms are average in general but cleanliness is not the best. Towels are only changed if you ask the cleaning personnel and we also had to ask them to give us toilet paper. The bathroom gets wet when you shower and it was also not cleaned properly and was mostly wet. There are no essentials (shampoo etc).

Going to have to give 1 star because you can’t possibly think it’s ok to charge 70 euros extra for AC. No receipt. Makes me think this is a way for them to earn more money without having to pay taxes. 10/euros per day??????? This is unbelievable. This is a family run business which I like, but the hunger for money seems off limits. The rooms didn’t look like the pictures we got from the travel agency, they only show pictures of the nice rooms then you are put in a room with the wc almost inside the shower cabin, any move I made I would while showering, I touched it. Intreg personalul locatiei sunt oameni excroci, din primele 10 minute de cand am ajuns , ne-au cerut 14 euro extra per camera pentru niste taxe ciudate, avand in vedere ca pachetul excursiei includea toate taxele. La 1 minut dupa, am fost anuntati ca trebuie sa platim aerul conditionat 10 euro extra pe zi pentru fiecare camera, in total 70 de euro pentru toata vacanta ( desi ofertele din online sunt prezentate cu tot cu facilitatile de AC si nu ca extra cost). Am fost si luati la misto ca daca nu vom cumpara aerul vom suferi noaptea de caldura si zgomot. Pe parcursul intregii sederi ne-am mai confruntat cu o gramada de probleme pe care le voi puncta detaliat, incepand cu curatenia. Doamna de la curatenie intra in ce camere avea ea chef, dadea cu mopul pe jos, intindea asternutul existent pe pat si pleca. Toata saptamana, asternuturile nu au fost schimbate, nici macar la cerere. Dupa 2 zile am cerut schimbarea prosoapelor, iar dupa multe comentarii in scarba si ochi dati peste cap, am primit. La fel am patit si cu hartia igienica, pe care am primit-o odata la 3 zile dupa lungi rugaminti. In camera, nu exista TV , iar in toata cladirea este un singur Wi-fi care functioneaza doar noaptea tarziu cand nu e conectata toata lumea, pe timpul zilei nu poti trimite nici macar un mesaj pe retelele de socializare. Dupa ora 23 nu exista asistenta la locatie, nu te ajuta nimeni in cazul in care ai vreo problema, iar proprietarii nu au raspuns la telefon cand am intampinat o problema cu o cheie de la camera. Preturile barului de la piscina sunt destul de exagerate, recomand achizitionarea de la supermarket-urile din apropiere. Sezlongurile din jurul piscinei sunt murdare, probabil nu au mai fost curatate de cativa ani. Per total , pentru cei aproape 600 de euro achitati pentru excursie, am avut conditii de maxim 2 stele, iar sederea nu merita mai mult de jumatate din pretul pe care l-am achitat. Pentru a incheia intr-o nota pozitiva, as dori sa laud piscina care este grozava, am avut parte de zile placute in ea, iar clatitele cu nutella au fost senzationale.
